They honored the free sub by giving her a coupon and were very patient and understanding through the whole ordeal!! They give you a very generous portion of meat and everything tastes fresh. “Been to McAlister's Deli before in other areas but this was our first trip to the location in Mooresville. Overall, we had a really good experience. We ordered the pick two and got a Pecanberry Salad with a Jalapeno Turkey Crunch sandwich along with a Caesar Salad with a Spicy Southwest Chicken sandwich. The food tasted great and the prices were just as good. The service was somewhat slow but there was only one person working the counter and also a lot of to-go orders being placed. We will definitely be back again!“

“I eat at Jersey Mike’s at least once every two weeks. It is my favorite sub of all I used to be a subway girl for years, but starting going to Jersey Mike’s and I love it. The meat is so fresh and they pile it on you get your money and everything is so fresh . My second favorite is Jimmy John’s if there was not a jersey Mike’s in my town which there’s not excuse me I have to go to Gastonia because Dallas is small and we only have a subway and we’re getting a Howdy. Pizza and Sub, but anyway if there was not a jersey Mike’s near me, I would definitely choose Jimmy John’s next. So keep up the good work jersey Mike’s cause I truly do enjoy coming there. The help is always so helpful and nice. The store is always clean as soon as a person gets up from the table. Someone promptly goes out and cleans the area they keep the tea area wipe down it’s never sticky with spills everywhere. I mean they really do a fantastic job with cleaning the dining area constantly and I love that. I most of the time dine in, but I have done Take out. But I prefer to Dine in . I guess since Covid hit us and we were all shut down for so long. I really love and enjoy being able to just go in and sit down somewhere and have my dinner instead of having to go through a drive-through and carry at home and it be cold.“

“I have always loved jersey mikes but I have been loving it more and more lately. Other sandwich shops keep raising prices and their meat quality goes down but not jersey mikes. If you get a sandwich at one its going to taste the same at all of them. Big Kahana is always a crowd favorite but the turkey bacon club has been my go to lately“

“The whole atmosphere is very inviting. Full of history about 🚒 Firefighters and more. My grandson loves the kids meal they get a little Firehat/helmet with the meal. On your birthday you get a free medium sub loaded to your card. Not to mention the subs to me are unique and delicious. Always fresh.“

“On our visit to this Firehouse location. We were pleasantly greeted when we walked in. When I asked for recommendations Nicole suggested the Cajun chicken sandwich. It was awesome! A little messy, but that's the sign of a good sub.
