“Very friendly as I walked in everyone was greeting me. I am not much of a Starbucks drinker however, I get the occasional gift card. The associate was very friendly and assisted me in picking the correct blend for my husband and a delicious latte for myself.“

“I have been to Starbucks in pretty much every state across the US considering the fact that I do travel assignments in healthcare and I have never in my life experience the type of amazing customer service that I experienced this morning when I went to Starbucks, the young lady that was in the window was Nothing short of amazing. She literally explained the menu to me. I’m vegan and I was looking for product that was vegan and I had no idea that Starbucks had a vegan sandwich for breakfast and she literally showed me the vegan sandwich and explain to me that I can get different items on the menu customized. She was the sweetest! And her smile made my whole morning better so to whoever was in the drive-through window with that wonderful smile and that amazing customer service at 7:22 AM on October 12 at the Walter Reed location in Fayetteville North Carolina just know that your service has not gone unnoticed and if anybody wants to smile to brighten up their day and want some quality customer service and amazing food you definitely need to come here!“

“Went on to this Starbucks on a whim this morning after a appointment because the Starbucks I usually go to has been severely slacking in coffee taste. So I got a white chocolate mocha and the girl at the counter was super friendly but the girl who made my drink (Leanne maybe she has short short blonde pigtails) did a absolutely fantastic job on making my drink I was expecting hot water that taste vaguely of coffee beans and got the complete opposite, very delicious and if I didn’t live so far out from Raeford rd I’d come but that Starbucks atleast once a week“

“i don’t usually get lucky with good service ever but today that changed at Starbucks. i ordered this morning and i was greeted with this wonderful sweet woman named Ava. after she gave me my sandwich i pulled off and realized i forgot my drink so i pulled around and out she comes RUNNING to bring me my drink. i was so appreciative and grateful. i pulled around to get a straw and her name and she was already there at the window. Amazing and what I expect from services. I just wanted to share my experience this morning because it brought a huge smile to my face and a great start to the day.“

“The manager openly was frustrated that our cashier was having a conversation with us. There was no one behind us. She also sent another employee to fuss at a new person on the floor to let her know she needed to be behind the counter. It was very anti-customer service and made the atmosphere very heavy because we then didn't want to have conversations with anyone.“

“This Starbucks has been a Family fave since it's been built! We are popular customers with all the Starbucks spots in the area, a few since 2013! The only complaint I have is where it sits. The drive thru is usually backed up onto the road that runs behind it. At times it hinder incoming traffic from the main intersection but it's rare!😁 Service is always good and if there is ever a problem or mixup with the order, it is handled swiftly! Stop by sometime!!!“

“This store is clean, fast and the service is great. My family has anllergies and the team went above and beyond to ensure both the drinks and food we ordered were safe for us. I’ve had a different experience at another Starbucks in town where we seemed more of a bother than a customer so I highly appreciated the extra effort and smile on the associates faces!
