“I order an ice coffee through drive thru and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Fabiola she literally made my day. She has such a bubbly personality and she was super informative about how I could use my stars. I really appreciated her knowledge.“

“We love this Starbucks. This was our beloved spot, and each time we came we were greeted with a welcome and friendly smile. Once they knew us they greeted us by our names. Wish we didn’t have to move, we will miss them so much! Especially Chase and Jenny!“

“i don’t usually get lucky with good service ever but today that changed at Starbucks. i ordered this morning and i was greeted with this wonderful sweet woman named Ava. after she gave me my sandwich i pulled off and realized i forgot my drink so i pulled around and out she comes RUNNING to bring me my drink. i was so appreciative and grateful. i pulled around to get a straw and her name and she was already there at the window. Amazing and what I expect from services. I just wanted to share my experience this morning because it brought a huge smile to my face and a great start to the day.“

“Went on to this Starbucks on a whim this morning after a appointment because the Starbucks I usually go to has been severely slacking in coffee taste. So I got a white chocolate mocha and the girl at the counter was super friendly but the girl who made my drink (Leanne maybe she has short short blonde pigtails) did a absolutely fantastic job on making my drink I was expecting hot water that taste vaguely of coffee beans and got the complete opposite, very delicious and if I didn’t live so far out from Raeford rd I’d come but that Starbucks atleast once a week“

“Location was clean and at a calm relaxing feeling. Perfect place to go and read a book or study while enjoying a cup of coffee. The was friendly inviting and worked quickly to get orders out with little wait time. Even got a pup cup to take home to my dog.

“This Starbucks is pretty solid. Although it’s almost always packed until 2 or 3pm, it’s not at fault of the staff. I’m quite impressed with how quickly they get orders out with the influx of people. And I must say, the manager, Robert, is INCREDIBLE. Every time I come in the store, he has a wonderful attitude and smile. It’s so welcoming to be greeted by him. He also often cheers on and encourages his fellow baristas and reminds them how well they are doing during the busy rush. Because of how great a leader Robert is, I know this store is in good hands.“

“Smaller but very efficient location. Very quick during rush periods in the morning and did a great job vocalizing where orders were in the process of being made to customers who were waiting.

My only wish would be for the seating area to be optimized if possible.“

“This Starbucks has been a Family fave since it's been built! We are popular customers with all the Starbucks spots in the area, a few since 2013! The only complaint I have is where it sits. The drive thru is usually backed up onto the road that runs behind it. At times it hinder incoming traffic from the main intersection but it's rare!😁 Service is always good and if there is ever a problem or mixup with the order, it is handled swiftly! Stop by sometime!!!“
