“First experience visiting Foxhole. We had one of their specialty pizzas, called the "Foxhole." It was great! Quality ingredients. The crust was outstanding! Looking forward to a return to try their thin crust next time!”

“When in Rome….i love eating at the local places when visiting surrounding towns. Was in the mood for sauerkraut and mustard on a hot dog and they did not disappoint. Bun was toasted on both sides and fit the hot dog perfectly. Also had fried green beans as an appetizer. They were perfectly crispy on the outside and firm on the inside. This is a rare find for appetizers.The bar seemed to have a good selection of brews and specials were reasonably priced. Definitely going to visit again when in Morganton.”

“We always enjoy this brewery for their unique brews and a big outdoor space! Conveniently located for outdoor enthusiasts - near Linville gorge, Fonta Flora Trail, Lake James, and there's even a trail that leads from the brewery along Paddy's Creek to Lake James. Danielle was our latest bartender and she was exactly who you'd want to greet you - she was warm and accommodating and also made sure our dogs had a fresh bowl of water. They have a great selection of merch and canned/bottled beer to go! The food truck selection and availability is hit or miss, so don't go there hungry, go there thirsty!”

“Let me tell you we had the BEST experience here! The service and the cocktails blew us away. Between the four of us we couldn’t say whose drink was better, they were all perfectly crafted. I think the house blueberry margarita was my favorite.We adored our server—so sorry I can’t remember her name—but she took great care of us. “I've spent quite a bit of time in Mexico over the years and, while I like many of the local Mexican restaurants, I've yet to find one with the authentic flavors I crave. Until today. Mi Molcajete is a real treat and has a broad menu of authentic and flavorful dishes. We were pleasantly surprised and had great service, incredible food and lots of left overs. “What a surprise gem! Stopped in to get a treat for my spouse for his birthday. No small Bundt cakes available, so I got a cheesecake with fudge icing. Boy am I glad I did. The best ever. Graham cracker crust on bottom only, so you get a lot of pure, wonderful, creamy, and flavorful cheesecake. It was topped with rich, chocolate fudge icing, delicious. Then finished with some whipped cream and mini chocolate chips. Beautiful. The fudge icing is excellent by itself; the cheesecake is excellent by itself, so you really get two desserts but they go well together perfectly. And it is very big. 4” diameter and 2” high. We split just half of it because it is so rich and filling. Slowly savored every bite! Highly recommend this place and can’t wait to try their other treats! Thank you Mimosa for opening this bakery in our town!”

“We love this food! However, you need to either dine in or pick up yourself and check it before you leave. Everything was spot on the first 2 or 3 times we ordered. After that, no big deal the first mess up, however the next 3 times after I got cheese in my HAMburger (you even have to ADD cheese as an extra) no butter or sour cream with a baked potato, and the hot fudge sundae w/ice cream all put together to go. This typically comes separate and never had to specify, When I called, I was told they don't separate UNLESS you specify....sorry, but how does that even make sense? It's ice cream...and a hot fudge cake. I've never specified, that's how I know the ice cream comes in a little white separate pack....js The food is worth it, just make the drive.”
