“Only losing a star because of my experience today. I just walked in after placing a pick up order, one of the people in line asks me “Are you Harmony”? I say “Yes”, she responds “Okay they just called you!” I’m thinking okay great I am glad my order is ready quick because I just clicked “I’m Here” on the app. Not thinking it’s a issue. Until one of the workers says in an annoyed tone “I called your name like 3 times!” Well okay! I wasn’t here to hear them any of the three times smh. The cake was still bomb tho!“

“My daughter pre-ordered at the Kernersville location. She went to pick up her order and was told they've sold out. The money and her points were taken from her account. I called the Bridford location in error. I got Anthony, the manager on the phone. He was very polite and understanding and offered to make my daughter's order. This is amazing customer service! We won't be going back to the Kernersville location. They need a class in customer service. Niceness and making it right speaks volume.

“Ran into the owner as she was closing today, she gave my friend and I a chocolate chip cookie. I don't even like chocolate, but the butter and deliciousness called to me. It was heavenly, somehow the perfect ratio of crispy and chewy, thin while being full flavor and plenty of cookie. AND THEN I got the perfect bite with a salt flake that brightened the cookie even further. So unbelievably happy and utterly disappointed I have to wait until Thursday until they open again. “Visited with my son after taking him to urgent care. Staff was friendly, all items were in stock (we got one of every weekly item) and everything was good. Lost one star because the screens for ordering were so filthy. There should be a schedule for sanitizing them at least every hour.“

“We had an amazing experience at the downtown Greensboro location! It was our first time in, my friends had taken me out to kick off my birthday week. We all ordered crunch cheesecakes off the suggested menu, but they happened to be out of the apple pie flavor I ordered. The owner, Tanya, came out and gave me her number to call and let her know the next time I was coming and she would fix me a free one since they were out! I have never had someone offer to do this and it was the kindest gesture. My friends and I ended up sitting and talking long enough that the apples were finished cooking and Tanya made me a fresh one to take home! It was a wonderful surprise and so greatly appreciated! I would recommend this amazing shop to anyone and everyone! The atmosphere is so welcoming, it feels like you dropped by a family member’s house for a treat. Please go visit them immediately!“

“I really can't say enough about Bánh Mì Saigon in Greensboro, NC. The Bánh Mì are simply exquisite. House made baguette, pate, pork roll and other meats, veggies and Nước chấm sauce make for one of the world's greatest sandwiches. My favorites are the #1 and #2 Bánh Mì, but I'm making an attempt to try every single version of this fabulous concoction on their menu, and there are many versions. Also, don't be afraid to try their other specialties, like Cha Lua (Vietnamese Pork Roll) and the spring rolls are also excellent. Honestly, nothing's better for lunch or an afternoon snack than a Bánh Mì and a Vietnamese Iced Coffee (the large size please!). Service is fantastic. Prices are crazy good. Also, I've never been a fan of bubble tea, but theirs is actually pretty good. My ONLY complaint is that their hours are a bit limited (closes at 6pm), but that's OK. They work hard to make these ridiculously good sandwiches.“

So I went there because I love hummingbird cake and I used to get them from maxi b but they are not the same, maxi b cakes are dry dry dry. Sweet treat did not have hummingbird so I got German chocolate cake. I dont really like coconut but it looked like it tastes good, so I got it. THAT CAKE WAS SO GOOD!!! OMG! I will be back but I'm trying to lose weight so it won't be too often.“

Then I tried a new-to-me cookie at the Eno River Farmers market- the blueberry button- it was perfectly wonderful- not just the flavor- but the texture, just a slight bit of chew and yet completely tender. From the warm and inviting design, inviting nature and local farmers into your experience, to the impeccable customer service from the knowledgeable staff. I can't say I had one bad thing and we tried it all. I'm so glad I found this gem while moving my girl to college at the illustrious North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University #ncat . I'll be leaning on them to love on my girl from afar. They've got the cutest dining area to enjoy your treats right there or you can take them to go in their sustainable packaging that's super cute. Did I mention their rewards program is the gift that keeps on giving? You're rewarded if you provide your own packaging, including providing a cake carrier for your whole cake purchases. Yall know I love a good shop local, environmentally friendly business. I highly recommend Maxie B's. It'll be a staple on my list of places to visit when in Greensboro. Well, that's after I visit and get hugs from my big girl.“

“I love this business and their products! We feel so blessed and lucky to be able to walk here from our house so we go regularly for coffee and breakfast or to sit and sip tea while working on our computer. Staff is consistently kind and on task. Every bit of this business is my favorite! Beautiful humans we get to see many times a week. We have also gotten family birthday cakes and cup cakes and they are beautiful and taste wonderful. We eat the quiche at least once a week. Seasonal coffees are fun and yummy. We reccomend Delicious to all of the guests who stay in our Airbnbs and furnished rental homes.“

“I confess that I was super anxious to know this place because of some friends around the world that told me that this store has the best cinnamon roll ever. It is not close to my house but we drove for half hour just to try and I have to say that it was worthwhile! Not only the cinnamon roll but also has other sweets that are super tasteful.
