“Horrible experience at Chick Fil A tonight. I ordered my food on the App. I went inside to retrieve my order, my name was on the bag with the correct. I get home and the order is completely wrong. I drive back to Chick Fil A and tell them about the wrong order. They REFUSED TO GET ME THE correct order without the BAG!!!! I had the receipt and order on my phone. My husband had to bring the bag with the wrong item. I’ve never felt so disrespected!!! Horrible experience!!! They deserve 0 stars.“

“As a Whataburger expert from Texas. This was exactly what I was hoping for. Exactly like a normal Texan Whataburger. Obviously the line is going to be very long opening week since this is such a huge deal and since this establishment is so good.

The staff was amazing and the line was moving quickly for how massive it was. Everyone seems to be well trained and ready to accept the massive amount of people coming to eat. Food was 10/10 like always!“

“Biscuitville continues to be the best southern style breakfast you can get from a chain store. sure, small locally owned diners might have an edge, but if you want the familiarity of your local Diner where the regulars know you by name without the benefit of being in your actual Hometown at the time, just look for a biscuitville. they may not know you by name but they know how you like your eggs and your grits and your biscuits because they make them better than anybody else. you can't stand in front of the counter at McDonald's and watch them roll out their biscuits by hand combining the three simple ingredients to make the perfect southern breakfast food. you can't do that at Bojangles or Cracker Barrel or anywhere else except biscuitville. the only complaint I have about Biscuitville in Greensboro North Carolina is that the location closest to my house at 2311 Battleground Avenue has closed their dining room and is only available for drive-thru. a mild inconvenience at best.“

“I had a great experience at this McDonald’s today around 12 PM. I got my food quickly, and the guy at the front was really on task—he was making sure orders were going out promptly and checking in with customers to see if they’d been helped.

There’s plenty of space to sit inside, and I noticed they really keep up with cleanliness. The drink station looked clean and organized, which isn’t always the case at other locations.

I also used the $6 app deal (Big Mac, fries, and a Coke), and it was a great value. Solid experience overall—I’d definitely come back to this location.“

“I arrived around 11:30 am on a Sunday, and it was busy—the line was actually spilling out into the street. I wanted to go inside, but the drive-thru line was blocking the entrance and parking spots. They only have one drive-thru lane here, unlike other locations. After a few minutes, I finally managed to park and head inside. The lobby had a TV and about 16 tables, and it was cool to see a lady making biscuits right there in front of us.

I ordered at the counter around 11:37 am, and the cashier was really friendly. You could tell the staff was working hard. There was just one person ahead of me. I went with the grilled chicken, egg, and cheese biscuit with fries and a strawberry tea. The total was about $9.92, and my food was ready less than a minute later. I forgot to ask for ketchup for my fries, but luckily I had some BBQ sauce from Cookout in my car (lol). The wedges were a bit bland on their own, but they’d probably be great if they were better seasoned. The biscuit itself was delicious and at the perfect temperature. And the strawberry tea? It had real strawberries in it, which was awesome. I love strawberries, but the only downside was that they kept blocking the straw opening, haha.

I’ll admit, I had a bad experience with Biscuitville years ago—I tried one of the platters, and it was awful, so I didn’t go back. However, I received a gift card a few months ago and decided to give the biscuits a try. Since then, I’ve been a fan!

The only issue I have now is the parking lot and the drive-thru setup. The line shouldn’t block people who want to go inside, so I hope they look into that.“

“My husband came in on 3/30/24. He said the staff were very nice and were a little busy. He told me about the awful lady that waited on her food and wanted a refund and what took place with her throwing her drink at the glass. We felt horrible about this. These were the best sandwiches we have ate from this location. My husband said the sandwich artist took their time and made sure the order was correct, instead of quick look at ticket and hand off incorrect order. Way to go guys and gals of JJ! “I recently went here with my company. There were about 30 of us there. The servers did a great job tending to all us despite our large party. The bar tender was great too! We did not all get there at the same time and they still allowed us to order drinks prior to being served at the table. The food and drinks were great. I ordered a Quesadilla Texana, it comes witch Chicken, Steak, and Shrimp. Additionally, my Coworker and I split a Texas Margarita Pitcher. It was $35 for the pitcher and it was well worth it. All in all we had a great experience and I will definitely be returning.“

So I asked the lady at the register about a military discount I was shocked to hear they actually DO have one now but you have to be in uniform... “Jamaica is amazing! She is always in a good mood. She is polite and she’s always working hard to make sure that the customers know that she sees them and will get to them as soon as possible. She’s even polite to the Dasher. I would recommend anybody who has had a bad experience at Wendy’s to come see Jamaica.“

“Food is pretty consistent at this location and the drive thru seems to move fast. We got one double cheeseburger and one regular cheeseburger tonight for a quick dinner.

We ordered no onions and extra pickles and they delivered on both modifications. The price isn’t terrible for these burgers but I sure do miss the cheeseburgers when they were just a little over a dollar!
