“The morning shift is always consistent and friendly no matter how busy, the employees seem to always be in a good mood and willing to help with whatever you need (including a nice back massage if you’ve had a rough start to the day). The only complaint I have is that They don’t sell chicken nuggets but I can look past that. The barista Noelle is a beautiful and bubbly girl that always finds a way to make you smile, she gives off coolest cat in the litter box vibes don’t tell her but I might ask her to marry me.“

“To be honest here, it's just for my wife. I don't drink coffee and there isn't enough non-caffinated tea options that taste good for me to buy anything there. As for her, she loves a little specialty coffee every now and then.“

I found myself drawn to the familiar aroma of coffee wafting from the Starbucks in Battleground Village. It’s become a ritual, a comforting start to my day. The moment I step inside, I’m greeted by a warm, inviting atmosphere that instantly puts me at ease.

Today, I decided to treat myself to a vanilla latte and a chocolate croissant. The latte was expertly crafted, with a velvety texture and a subtle sweetness that perfectly balanced the rich coffee flavor. And the croissant? Well, it was a masterpiece. The flaky, buttery exterior was a delightful contrast to the soft, chewy interior. The chocolate filling was generous and decadent, without being overly sweet.

As I sipped my latte and savored each bite of the croissant, I couldn’t help but smile. There’s something truly satisfying about enjoying a delicious meal in a comfortable setting. The friendly staff at the Starbucks in Battleground Village always make me feel welcome, and their attention to detail is impeccable.

I’ve tried many different coffee shops in the area, but none can quite compare to this particular Starbucks. The combination of exceptional coffee, delectable pastries, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it my go-to spot for a morning pick-me-up. If you’re ever in Battleground Village, I highly recommend stopping by and giving it a try. You won’t be disappointed.

“I love the Pink Drink.....however, I don't like that you have a tip jar at the drive thru window. You only passed me my drink. Then if I use my card, you hold the pad out the window with a tip option. Very unprofessional ......just a thought!“

“I love Starbucks and I wish there was one in Martinsville, but there isn't. So, since I was in Greensboro I decided to stop in. I was able to combine my stars to get a caramel macchiato, pumpkin bread a d a set of color change cold cups. The service was awesome and the coffee is always good.“

“Brittany was very nice at the register today and had a smile and personality! My God how refreshing in a day where that is almost no longer existent!!!! Ordered stuff for breakfast and lattes. They were out of what I ordered and they all handled it with extreme kindness and humor! The team was joking, laughing and working together! Again, wow! Rare these days! We were there July 18th around 11:30am for management to know who was there to give them compliments and maybe a raise. The one time I wanted to tip at a Starbucks it wasn’t an option here. “Their mobile order pickup system needs some work. I had ordered on the app and still had to wait 5 min while they were busy until someone was available to give me my drink from behind the counter even though it was already ready. And even with that wait, they hadn't put a plug in the lid of my hot coffee order to keep it warm.“

“I was given the wrong product from Starbuck's on Green Valley Road and didn't notice until I got to work. I tried to call the Green Valley Road store several times and the phone was out of service, as was the Starbuck's portal. So, I called the Starbuck's on Market Street to ask if they had another way to get in touch with the other store. Tyree was so awesome. He apologized and said the only phone numbers they have are the ones that are published to the public, but then he asked if there was something wrong. I explained the situation and he volunteered to replace the product the next morning. He did this without prompting. Excellent service, great foresight and very kind on the phone. Thank you, Tyree. I picked up my coffee this morning.“

“I just want to shout out Chanel at the Starbucks in the Harris teeter on battleground and horsepen creek! She is simply amazing! She offers some of the best customer service out of any Starbucks I have ever been to worldwide and she makes the absolute best drinks I have ever had from any Starbucks ever. She also has my order memorized now which is amazing bc my drinks are ‘complicated’ but she always makes them with a smile. “I recently started grabbing coffee here since the grocery store has more produce choices than the store 2 doors down. Every morning that I walked in and ordered, this lady has been so polite & profesional. I really need to get her name. I forgot to grab something from the grocery store and she was starting to make my drink. This girl waited until I came back to make my drink!! Not to mentioned it was the best flat white I ever had. “Great new Starbucks with easy access from the highway. Service was very fast. I always prefer to go in instead of lining up the drive through. You need a key code for the bathroooms. Also it’s a pretty funky building, kinda like a giant container“
