“Holiday Time. Had a good vibe and was very crowded. We had a good server, a little bit of a wait on the food and I give the food three out of four stars. Nothing super stand out. I had a craft burger other people had shrimp and grits or something and grits and the vegetable plate look really deliciousI think it's a good place to go if you have the money and you want a good atmosphere the bar area is very popular with the oysters and other things they serve and craft beers. $$ 15-40$ per person.

Parking: If you come on a weekend or holiday the parking can be a little tricky but there is enough if you don't mind a short walk.“

“Elegant, novel, and indulgent perfectly describe Homage. We shared crab rangoon dip and the lettuce wraps (pictured) and oysters with chorizo and short ribs (not pictured). Very decadent dishes, and given what we ordered it felt a little heavy (next time we're getting the macadamia encrusted mahi 😋). The gin cocktail with lavender foam was absolutely incredible. However, be warned there is a shared plate fee ($7) that was off putting given how much we ordered to share. Overall the vibes were immaculate ❣️“

Straight back on the right they have 2 small tables tucked in. The problem was the servers going in and around us constantly. We will definitely be back. We enjoyed everything however, if they offer us that seating, we won’t take it.“

“Google reviews led me to this wonderful restaurant and I’m so grateful! We live in New Bern, but Mom had a Drs appointment at ECU Monday afternoon. We were hungry and wanting a good sit down meal before we drove back in the rain. It was super close to ECU, good parking, which was nice since it was raining lol! You walk in and are immediately faced with rows of their multi-layered decadent cakes, I can’t adequately describe what an OMG view those masterpieces are! And I have to say their tartar sauce was house made and totally on point! It had the perfect amount of dill. Our sides, everything was delicious! “The floor is always pretty sticky, but aside from that they easily have the best fries in town. Not many places have fries that can hold up their quality through the process of delivery. However Angus’ fries absolutely do and are always a treat.

Except for the few times they have given me crinkle fries. Those are gross even at home, not what I’m looking for in a restaurant“
