“I love nothing Bundt cakes. I go to multiple locations. I own the lunchbox, that gives you a special for every visit. All of the other locations the special is buy 3 get 1 free. The Concord location was the only one that you had to buy 4 get one free. I went about 3 weeks ago and was told that the special changed to buy 3 get 1 free. I was excited. I then visited 2 weeks later and was told that they did not honor the lunchbox anymore. I asked to speak to someone else. The first employee told me the manager told them to tell everyone that and if they got pushback to go ahead and honor the lunchbox. Shady customer service. When the second employee came out they said I could do the buy 3 get 1 free or the buy 4 get 1 free whichever one I wanted. The cakes are always delicious when I come to this store and it is close to my house. However I wish the manager valued loyalty and delivered better customer service.“

“I just discovered this place after reading an article about it that was published about 6 months ago. It claimed that OMG has the best apple fritters in NC. I am from the Raleigh area, but my daughter lives in the Charlotte area. When I found out that it was only a 20 minute drive to Concord to get these, we had to go. The fritters, no joke, are the best ones I have ever had. Then the concept of picking which type of filling I wanted in the donut I chose was “next level”. The donut might be cookies and cream, strawberry shortcake, samoa (like the Girl Scout cookies), long john’s, etc). But then they wait to fill it until you decide what you want - Bavarian cream, vanilla cream, chocolate cream, jelly (?). They also have ring donuts - chocolate frosted, glazed, etc. The concept is unique and delicious. They now have a second location in Charlotte, so depending on where in Charlotte you are, this one or the Concord location may be better for you. I highly recommend that you treat yourself and your family here!!“

“We loved working with Sharon! We had a big ask for her when we met - we wanted five types of cake for our wedding weekend. We were celebrating our housewarming, our wedding, and my 30th birthday, so it called for a lot of cake!! And Sharon did NOT disappoint in any way. For the welcome party/housewarming/birthday party we had approximately 75 guests, and we ordered two 9” round cakes. THEY WERE GORGEOUS and delivered on every ask that we had!! My 30th birthday strawberry cake was heavenly, and the almond cake was just as exceptional. Despite the hot weather on the day of the party, and the cakes melting off the cake stands, our guests wouldn’t let us throw it away. No… they would walk by and take bite size pieces of it, and then come back 3 minutes later for more!! There was no part of those cakes that was thrown away. For our wedding, I was excited to try it. The bar had been set so high with the welcome party, and our guests (and Zach and I) were excited to try more! For the wedding, we did a three tier chantilly style cake for the main, and two Chocolate sheet cakes for the 2nd. Every. Slice. Was. Gone. And people were talking about it at breakfast the next morning. I cannot thank Sharon enough for the incredible job she did making these beautiful cakes. There is no one else in the Charlotte area that I will ever get a cake from, and I am already excited for our one year anniversary, so we can have her remake our cakes for us again!
