“Huge shout out to the closing crew tonight (Monday 9/16/24). I was absolutely soaked from the rain and fresh off work, I was craving zaxbys and hoping to make it before they closed at 10pm. I showed up at 9:57pm expecting them to tell me they were already done for the night which would have been totally fair. I was greeted warmly and told to go ahead with my order. When I ordered a 20pc I was gently made aware of the time and told there would be a wait which was absolutely understandable. I really just want this team to know that they turned my night around with their kindness and that I promise I do not make a habit of showing up to places right before they close. Thank you so much!!“

“I went thru drive thru today—first time visit. Sara, who took my drive thru window order, was very pleasant, nice and patient with me answering my questions, help direct me to menu selections on the outside menu. She displayed great customer service skills. I told the manager to keep her at the drive thru window too bc she was great! The cashier Makenzie was great to work with too. Great, pleasant experience.“

“PDQ used to be our go to. Unfortunately, with the prices going up so high and the portions going down, we don't go often anymore. We used to get huge chicken strips, our round of French fries and sauce. Now we get small strips, and small fries for double the money in 6 years. Disappointing.“

“The food is always amazing, and the restaurant is always relatively clean. There may be crumbs left on a table cloth here and there, but otherwise spotless! The guys at check-out kept trying to up-sell us on more food, but weren't too pushy and light-hearted about it which was nice vs the usual sales pitch/push

Dietary restrictions: Great option for those of us in the gluten-free community!! Just order without crackers, check if any salads use soy sauce or other common gluten carrying ingredients, the staff is usually very knowledgeable and helpful about identifying any ingredients you may be concerned about!!“

The bad thing is the bathroom, you wait a lot and in the end sometimes you don't even use it because I had to see a person run to another restaurant next door... because they never vacated it.“

“The food is gotten to you really quickly. By the time you drive around your food is ready to be picked up. Staff is great, courteous and aim to please.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely kids friendly. I have taken my grandkids to Chick-fil-a's for years. Very satisfied with this chain of restaurants.

“I needed to eat something before hitting the stores to shop and this place didn't look too busy at the time, so I went through the drive thru. The girl taking my order was very friendly and took my order correctly. I drove up and there was a car ahead of me but my order was delivered before theirs was, so I had to wait, but that was okay because I had my food and started eating the waffle fries right away. They were yummy! I pulled into a parking spot to finish my meal, the chicken sandwich was fantastic! I love going here because the food is so great, I just don't go as often as I would like to.“

“Visited this location, the service was friendly as expected but they forgot all my salad toppings and sauces and silverware so had to come back around to get it. The banana pudding milkshake is really good if you like banana pudding, definitely would recommend.

“I have come here a few times and never had any huge problems. Occasionally there’s a bit longer of a wait than I would expect but it’s never anything completely ridiculous. The food is fine for what it is and the price is reasonable. I’m sure I’ll be coming back.“

“I think I found my new favorite chicken run. I honestly wasn't expecting it to be better than KFC, I thought my tongue was going to slap my brains out. lol The tenders were so good and crispy, when I took my first bite my saliva glands went into action with the perfect flavor amount of Cajun behind the chicken. The potato wedges were really good too, they make a good snack for later but don't expect them to taste as good after refrigerating them, the microwave does a good job bringing them back to life with some radioactive CPR but they're never the same as they were fresh. The portion sizes you get are generous and won't be left hungry like you would at some stingy restaurants, I work not far from here at Amazon as a picker and it leaves me with quite the appetit but this place had no problem satisfying it. It is very well maintained to clean and everyone had a positive attitude, was professional and made me feel at home. I'll definitely be stopping by again on my lunch breaks!“

“I was skeptical. I generally don't eat in a building that also has a convenience store which sells gas. My sister loves fried chicken so we bravely visited. Much to our delight (and surprise), the place was very clean and the chicken tenders were juicy, flavorful and not at all greasy or skimpy! The honey biscuit was light and tasty. Employees were also so very nice. We will visit again, and hope to be as pleased!“

“Haven’t read all the reviews to check out the other experiences, but this one was hands down top of the line. This should be what fast food is about.
Me and my kids showed up at 8 o’clock on a Monday night. No cars in line at the drive-through. We placed 4 meal orders for the four of us… Ordering took longer than the transaction at the window plus the delivery of the food. As soon as I pulled up the window to pay,… we were pretty much handed our food. Everything was surprisingly hot and correct! I mean all within 45 seconds. Literally sat in the parking lot and ate it Because everything was just that good.
So kudos to the staff working this night at this location at roughly 8 o’clock Monday, January 20, 2025. You probably won’t give them a raise, but give them something!“
