“Huge shout out to the closing crew tonight (Monday 9/16/24). I was absolutely soaked from the rain and fresh off work, I was craving zaxbys and hoping to make it before they closed at 10pm. I showed up at 9:57pm expecting them to tell me they were already done for the night which would have been totally fair. I was greeted warmly and told to go ahead with my order. When I ordered a 20pc I was gently made aware of the time and told there would be a wait which was absolutely understandable. I really just want this team to know that they turned my night around with their kindness and that I promise I do not make a habit of showing up to places right before they close. Thank you so much!!“

It should be mentioned that I am a 40-minute drive to get to the restaurant... However, I think it's worth it every time I make them as I'm satisfied by the delicious food I can access... the added value that I mention with CAPITAL LETTERS, is the excellent service attention I receive... This really makes my lunch a very meaningful experience... I applaud Martha, the Peruvian lady whom I have seen for almost 4 years of visiting the place.“

“We placed a very large order to be ready for noon on a Saturday. We arrived at 11:50 and were told the order would be ready at noon. It was nearly 12:20 before we were able to leave with the order. It was expected at the office at 12:15.
The food was hot and tasty but it was frustrating that it wasn’t ready when it was called in days in advance.“

“We like store # 03387 across from the mall in Concord, NC. Always good service and smiles. Had another great breakfast and relaxing atmosphere. They also have military discounts for those of us that served. This is one of our favorite places. They also have 100% sanitation rating,, GREAT job.“

I ordered the 4 chicken legs with rice and beans, sided with delicious Buffalo and Peruvian sauces, as well as a large pepperoni pizza. There was an amazing deal for all, very affordable prices for everyone. The food was absolutely amazing - flavorful, cooked to perfection, and presented beautifully. The staff were friendly and attentive, a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable dining experience. “I needed to eat something before hitting the stores to shop and this place didn't look too busy at the time, so I went through the drive thru. The girl taking my order was very friendly and took my order correctly. I drove up and there was a car ahead of me but my order was delivered before theirs was, so I had to wait, but that was okay because I had my food and started eating the waffle fries right away. They were yummy! I pulled into a parking spot to finish my meal, the chicken sandwich was fantastic! I love going here because the food is so great, I just don't go as often as I would like to.“

“I think I found my new favorite chicken run. I honestly wasn't expecting it to be better than KFC, I thought my tongue was going to slap my brains out. lol The tenders were so good and crispy, when I took my first bite my saliva glands went into action with the perfect flavor amount of Cajun behind the chicken. The potato wedges were really good too, they make a good snack for later but don't expect them to taste as good after refrigerating them, the microwave does a good job bringing them back to life with some radioactive CPR but they're never the same as they were fresh. The portion sizes you get are generous and won't be left hungry like you would at some stingy restaurants, I work not far from here at Amazon as a picker and it leaves me with quite the appetit but this place had no problem satisfying it. It is very well maintained to clean and everyone had a positive attitude, was professional and made me feel at home. I'll definitely be stopping by again on my lunch breaks!“

“Visited this location, the service was friendly as expected but they forgot all my salad toppings and sauces and silverware so had to come back around to get it. The banana pudding milkshake is really good if you like banana pudding, definitely would recommend.

Parking: Depending on the time it can be a little difficult to get parking“

“4-17-25 Nicholas was so nice, helpful, kind & patient as we tried to place an order with removing toppings & trying to use an app reward when the app wasn’t working well. He had a great attitude! Thank you Nicholas! You can tell he cares about his job. The lobby tables were even clean in the lobby tonight which is rare.“

“I was skeptical. I generally don't eat in a building that also has a convenience store which sells gas. My sister loves fried chicken so we bravely visited. Much to our delight (and surprise), the place was very clean and the chicken tenders were juicy, flavorful and not at all greasy or skimpy! The honey biscuit was light and tasty. Employees were also so very nice. We will visit again, and hope to be as pleased!“
