Great location near 485 and surrounding. Others skimp on items leaving a lackluster sub. Check them out especially for the BOGO sales only available on the app. Two footlong subs for $12 and some change; it’s a dinner / lunch for 2 for 2 days in our house. Great price and worth the drive. I’m pleased.“

“You're not going to get much closer to Philly than Jersey. And Jersey Mike's does not disappoint. From the moment that you walk in, the vibe is palpable, even from the customers waiting in line. The staff immediately welcomes you, and from the overheard conversations, you know that a bunch of them are regulars. The interior is absolutely immaculate, and everything is handicap accessible. 2 full-size Philly Cheesesteaks with everything on them to go.
Everything is sliced fresh, in front of you. And the Philly Cheesesteak is everything that you want. Roll is crunchy on the outside, giving the sandwich body and stability. Soft and chewy on the inside, sopping up the grease. And everything was seasoned to perfection.

“Man I ordered the triple cheeseburger all the way and 1st bite was so yummy ? I had to stop and do a review!! My 1st time having their burger ? and yessss it didn’t disappoint good stuff!! Had an order of fries that were hot and fresh and taste like they peeled the potatoes their self… dang they probably did though which is a plus!! I love the fact it’s made to order nice ? My sub was perfect but unfortunately when I got home I realized that they gave me an incorrect large drink which was a bummer because I didn’t want to drive all the way back to get my drink.I also felt like my entire meal was a little pricey but to their credit, my sub was very loaded which I loved. I guess that is also due to inflation which is understandable.“

“I eat at Jersey Mike’s at least once every two weeks. It is my favorite sub of all I used to be a subway girl for years, but starting going to Jersey Mike’s and I love it. The meat is so fresh and they pile it on you get your money and everything is so fresh . My second favorite is Jimmy John’s if there was not a jersey Mike’s in my town which there’s not excuse me I have to go to Gastonia because Dallas is small and we only have a subway and we’re getting a Howdy. Pizza and Sub, but anyway if there was not a jersey Mike’s near me, I would definitely choose Jimmy John’s next. So keep up the good work jersey Mike’s cause I truly do enjoy coming there. The help is always so helpful and nice. The store is always clean as soon as a person gets up from the table. Someone promptly goes out and cleans the area they keep the tea area wipe down it’s never sticky with spills everywhere. I mean they really do a fantastic job with cleaning the dining area constantly and I love that. I most of the time dine in, but I have done Take out. But I prefer to Dine in . I guess since Covid hit us and we were all shut down for so long. I really love and enjoy being able to just go in and sit down somewhere and have my dinner instead of having to go through a drive-through and carry at home and it be cold.“

“Matthew and his staffed did an outstanding job keeping up with the enormous volume today to help raise money for Special Olympics. I know they had to be completely overwhelmed at times with lines around the building but always had a positive attitude and a smile on their face.“

“I visited this location yesterday 9/14/23 around 6:15pm. I was originally going to the drive-thru, but my 4 year old insisted we go inside. Upon entering, I was greeted immediately by the gentleman at the register. I had a complicated order, I assume the gentleman that came over to help was the manager/supervisor. He assured me my order would be made exactly the way I wanted, he was amazing! Everyone provided me with excellent customer service, and even made my daughter smile. Thank you all for the hospitality!“

“The location on Driwood in Charlotte is right down the street from my office, so I stop in regularly for an unwich, or to meet a friend for lunch. The staff are always friendly and the service is great since they reopened with an all new crew. The last time I'd grabbed an unwich to-go and got back to my office, I was disappointed to unwrap it and find brown lettuce...never should have been served to a customer. I know nobody's perfect, though, so I went back today and showed the manager a pic of the food. He apologized and rang up my order (because he recognizes me and knows my order - now THAT'S great service!), then said I was good to go, as I pulled out my wallet. I thanked him for making things right. It's this kind of service that will keep me coming back!“

“The whole atmosphere is very inviting. Full of history about 🚒 Firefighters and more. My grandson loves the kids meal they get a little Firehat/helmet with the meal. On your birthday you get a free medium sub loaded to your card. Not to mention the subs to me are unique and delicious. Always fresh.“
