Great location near 485 and surrounding. Others skimp on items leaving a lackluster sub. Check them out especially for the BOGO sales only available on the app. Two footlong subs for $12 and some change; it’s a dinner / lunch for 2 for 2 days in our house. Great price and worth the drive. I’m pleased.“

“The team at this location (Albemarle Rd, Charlotte NC) Jersey Mike's is excellent, always working together efficiently and with a great attitude. The manager (Logan) is kind, attentive, and excellent role model. She is a fantastic leader who is very hands-on, making sure the store runs smoothly even during the busiest rushes. Everything is so fresh! The meat is sliced thin right in front of you, the bread is fantastic and tastes fresh, and the vegetables are crisp and tender. The staff is friendly and helpful, creating a really positive atmosphere. The staff members are fast and knowledgeable, especially when handling every customer during busy periods.I love how management and the entire staff always seems to have fun while they work, and it shows in the quality of the service and the atmosphere. They are all so energetic and helpful. I visit this Jersey Mike's 2 to 3 times a week. I love every employee at this location. 💙🩵💙 I would recommend anyone to visit. I can't wait until my next visit.“

“I eat at Jersey Mike’s at least once every two weeks. It is my favorite sub of all I used to be a subway girl for years, but starting going to Jersey Mike’s and I love it. The meat is so fresh and they pile it on you get your money and everything is so fresh . My second favorite is Jimmy John’s if there was not a jersey Mike’s in my town which there’s not excuse me I have to go to Gastonia because Dallas is small and we only have a subway and we’re getting a Howdy. Pizza and Sub, but anyway if there was not a jersey Mike’s near me, I would definitely choose Jimmy John’s next. So keep up the good work jersey Mike’s cause I truly do enjoy coming there. The help is always so helpful and nice. The store is always clean as soon as a person gets up from the table. Someone promptly goes out and cleans the area they keep the tea area wipe down it’s never sticky with spills everywhere. I mean they really do a fantastic job with cleaning the dining area constantly and I love that. I most of the time dine in, but I have done Take out. But I prefer to Dine in . I guess since Covid hit us and we were all shut down for so long. I really love and enjoy being able to just go in and sit down somewhere and have my dinner instead of having to go through a drive-through and carry at home and it be cold.“

“The location on Driwood in Charlotte is right down the street from my office, so I stop in regularly for an unwich, or to meet a friend for lunch. The staff are always friendly and the service is great since they reopened with an all new crew. The last time I'd grabbed an unwich to-go and got back to my office, I was disappointed to unwrap it and find brown lettuce...never should have been served to a customer. I know nobody's perfect, though, so I went back today and showed the manager a pic of the food. He apologized and rang up my order (because he recognizes me and knows my order - now THAT'S great service!), then said I was good to go, as I pulled out my wallet. I thanked him for making things right. It's this kind of service that will keep me coming back!“

“I want to give a huge shoutout to the young lady (Ms. Austine) working at Jimmy John’s today. She was handling both to-go orders and in-store customers all by herself, and she did it with an incredible amount of professionalism, patience, and efficiency. Even with the line moving and phones ringing, she stayed friendly, calm, and made sure everyone was taken care of. It’s rare to see someone manage so much on their own with such a positive attitude. She truly went above and beyond, and Jimmy John’s is lucky to have her on their team!“

“The whole atmosphere is very inviting. Full of history about 🚒 Firefighters and more. My grandson loves the kids meal they get a little Firehat/helmet with the meal. On your birthday you get a free medium sub loaded to your card. Not to mention the subs to me are unique and delicious. Always fresh.“

“Love that you can order by drive through! My sub was perfect but unfortunately when I got home I realized that they gave me an incorrect large drink which was a bummer because I didn’t want to drive all the way back to get my drink.I also felt like my entire meal was a little pricey but to their credit, my sub was very loaded which I loved. I guess that is also due to inflation which is understandable.“
