“This is my favorite restaurant in the Triangle. It used to be named Panciuto and won many awards. The name changed, but the food is still stellar.They have different food every week, but some of my favorites so far have been their fresh pasta made with homemade sausage and the "Yodel" dessert made of cream and chocolate.“
“Bull city bake shop has a beautiful selection of pastries and desserts that look and taste wonderful! The owner and her son are wonderful people and were happy to chat while I enjoyed my treats! They even have a viewing area to watch them make their pastries and cakes! Glad to know this place is on my way home because I'll be stopping by more often!“
“Wonderful bakery! We ordered an artist themed birthday cake - pistachio flavor with salted caramel filling and vanilla buttercream icing. We could not have been more pleased! Meital did a fabulous job on the design, and it was super delicious! The cake was ready on time, packed beautifully, and reasonably priced. Would recommend Even Dough without reservation!“
“I had the chocolate croissant, ham and cheese croissant, and the almond swirl that's like a croissant. The almond one was my favorite although the others were both delicious as well. I had the best chai latte I've ever had there! Everytime I'm in this area, I'm getting one again! The seating was not super comfortable or plentiful so it's not the best spot to hang out too long but it was nice for what I needed which was a place to enjoy my treats for 30 mins.“
“Great lunch today! I tried the chicken salad sandwich and am thrilled to finally find "my" kind of chicken salad--NO onions and only chicken breast (white meat). Had it on wheat & it was very tasty. My husband tried the Rachel sandwich (turkey version of Reuben) and he loved it. The staff was great, very attentive, and the sandwiches were large. Anxious to return.“
“I was having a super hard time in sam's in the clothing section and out of the corner of my eye I saw a this pretty hispanic girl in a bunch of gold chains Folding a bunch of clothes. i asked for her name and she said it was Angelina, She was the nicest worker ever, I told her how I was struggling to find some jeans for my boyfriend and i did not know his size and she was actually really helpful because i would say im super indecisive and she really helped me pick out the best pair of jeans for him. But turns out they didn't fit but the second time i came in to return to jeans I saw her again working hard at folding clothes and basically explained how they didn't fit him correctly and she recommended me a different size for him and it actually fit. “Artisan bakery and coffee/tea house with lovely employees and a lovely vibe. Pastry’s are a level up from many triangle bakers; They are made with quality ingredients and the pastry skills are there. Kim’s can by no means compete with the Owl bakerys, Hole Donuts or Bolted Breads of North Carolina. Flavors are punchy and interesting but not quite in balance. I’m glad Kim’s isn’t afraid of a little bit of sourness, tartness or bitterness in their baked goods. But the harmony of Ingredients isn’t perfect. With a little tweeting Kim’s could get there. Tea cakes are extremely moist. Danishes are flaky. And finally someone in this area is serving a cardamom bun! I’m seeing a lot of potential. With a few more years of practice and experimentation Kim’s may start producing baked goods that people go out their way for. In the meantime, if you’re in the area stop in for a delicious treat and great cup of coffee.“
