Starbucks in Holly Springs

“My son's birthday was on Wednesday, so I walked into Harris Teeter to get a birthday cake for my son's 5th birthday, and I had to stop at Starbucks of course. I was greeted by Ms. I Catherine and she offered the best customer service I've had in a very long time. She went above and beyond and she even gave my kids stickers for the Birthday celebrations! Her manager, Miss violet even took it to the next level and grabbed more spinach feta egg wraps from their inventory in the back , so I could eat my favorite breakfast wrap. And on top of everything else the ladies were so friendly and offering my kids birthday cake pops and made the morning amazing more than I could have hoped for! My 5-year-old was at school, so they must have trusted me enough to make sure I was Not going to eat the cake pop myself :=)“

“I just ordered a drink and talked with the cashier, he was so so sweet!
He gave me a free cake pop with my sandwich and drink, which means the world bc I just broke up with my boyfriend of over a year and this cashier had no idea and he did NOT have to do that for me but his act of kindness means the world! I don’t know his name but somebody give him a raise! <3
