“I don’t know about everyday, but today the Subway West Main Street in Jamestown, NC was the best Subway on the east coast! We were served quickly and precisely during the lunch hour rush. The staff was friendly and patient with my indecisiveness. Our sandwich artist crafted the Sweet Onion Teriyaki to sub royalty. I wound up using a fork to tackle what fell out of my sub. Restrooms and facility were clean and tidy. My one complaint would be the ice machine was not working, but you know, things happen and I’m sure they will have it repaired upon my safe return. Thanks for a great Subway experience!“

“I tried chicken salad chick for the first time, and I will most definitely return! I had high hopes, but this place went above and beyond! The personnel was very kind and patient, and they worked quickly! After receiving my drink and taking a seat, I finished my order in less than five minutes! In addition, the meal is delicious and well presented! I adored the atmosphere, which was just what I had anticipated!“

“My husband came in on 3/30/24. He said the staff were very nice and were a little busy. He told me about the awful lady that waited on her food and wanted a refund and what took place with her throwing her drink at the glass. We felt horrible about this. These were the best sandwiches we have ate from this location. My husband said the sandwich artist took their time and made sure the order was correct, instead of quick look at ticket and hand off incorrect order. Way to go guys and gals of JJ! Hang in their this world no longer knows how to be decent.“

“I just moved here from Jacksonville, Florida about seven weeks ago. It’s a really stormy day. I’ve been sick for several days now. I’m finally got my appetite back and I ordered an Italian sub salt vinegar chips. I asked him to make it neat oil and vinegar on the side, pickles and onions and my whole package was so neat and so nice. My sandwich is so fresh. Pepsi is so cold. I am so thankful for the crew and the people that put this meal together for me. Thank you very much. You guys did very very very good job thank you.“

They deserve a raise!!!!!!!“

“I have visited this establishment before, and I had a great experience then, and I'm having a good one now as well.

I love that they offer a “combo of the month,” which features a monthly subscription that comes with fries and a drink.

This month, the featured sub is the Philly cheese steak with banana peppers. I am not a fan of banana peppers, so I asked them to remove this item for me. It did come with marinara sauce, which was a new twist, but it was good, so I appreciated it. I also love their hand-cut, cooked-to-order fries. Fries are always delicious, but even more so when they are hand-cut.

That's why, in the photo of my food, you see malt vinegar. I love pairing malt vinegar with hand-cut fries.

As you can see in another photo, they also have some outside eating that will be lovely in the coming months, as it warms up for summer here in North Carolina.

This place is always a great experience and delicious food, and I highly recommend trying the sub of the month! It's always a banger!“

“I recently had an amazing experience at this sandwich shop! The food was delicious, and the customer service was simply outstanding. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. It was evident that the staff truly values teamwork.

I was particularly impressed when a sports team came in, and the young ladies working there handled their orders like pros, getting everyone served in under 30 minutes! Their efficiency and friendliness were remarkable. I can’t wait to go back and enjoy another meal soon!“

“I never knew about Penn Station East Coast Subs. Myself and my crew were heading to Greensboro on business. I happened to see the bill board advertisement. I told the guys that I wanted to try Penn Station out. I entered the bldg and was greeted by two friendly women. The place was clean and the atmosphere was laid back. I ordered a steak sub. There was a generous amount of 🍖 on the sub. The bread was toasted and the melted cheese blanketed the meat beautifully. This sub was more like a fine arts tapestry ,but I had to tear it down. The food was good! The Arnold Palmer was good as well. I highly recommend Penn Station!“
