A beautiful, classic pizzeria with luxury table tops, stained glass fixtures, rustic wood floors and brick walls that provides an elegant yet warm feel throughout the dining experience. The service and hospitality were superb; every interaction from the host, bartender, server, and manager allowed me to feel welcomed and accommodated. Each member went above and beyond for my friend’s engagement celebration. We were greeted promptly and generously. I met the manager, Drew, and my server, Lauren, who were both fantastic. Lauren made us the best cocktails. She even juiced real apples to make the most phenomenal drink I have ever had. We ordered a pizza and Strombolis, which were all fantastic. They both came with a fresh salad and warm, crispy fries. We ended our experience with gelato, and even though our bellies were so full and happy, I don't think we could ever go back without getting the gelato for dessert. Everything was clean, beautiful, and tasty—just perfection. If you want a fun evening with exquisite food, friendly service, as well as a memorable experience, Benny’s is the place to go. Our wait staff Gianna(?) could not have been more helpful, attentive, and accommodating with recommendations. I had the black and bleu burger--so good. And they didn't skimp on the bread as some do; potato roll was flavorful. Ingredients fresh. I was concerned with not being able to select cook temperature, but it was perfect, about medium well and juicy. I wanted just a side portion of the Greek salad, which I was grateful they accommodated (I didn't leave a bite in the bowl--so good!). Others enjoyed the crab cake (no filler! Well done -- and we get the MD ones as we're DMV, so can confirm it doesn't disappoint); classic burger; pimento burger; and wings. Plates were cleared. Don't miss those onion rings. Flavorful, ample. Definitely worth it. Great vibe, folks enjoying the bar with delicious cocktails and games on the TVs. We would go again.“

“We stopped here twice in one day because it was that good. The banana ball was so good and my daughter LOVED their beignets. Their frappe was the best she has ever had. The dirty hippie was my favorite drink. We had to grab one of their donuts as literally just staring at them is mouth watering. “I’ve been here a couple times and Carleigh is absolutely the best! The tacos and margaritas are just as good! I have a seizure alert service dog and Carleigh always welcomes us when we’re in town. The specials are always great! Make sure to stop by here when in downtown Wilmington!“

“What an amazing experience, we started with the appetizer platter the hummus was fresh and tasty the falafel was good the eggplant delight was DELICIOUS! The grape leaves were good but I prefer mine warm not cold and there’s is cold but good overall. Our main dish was the special for the day which was a sea bass and it came with the rice and vegetables. The vegetables were shredded and lemony and good the rice was soft and tasted fresh. The fish was good and buttery and flaky it was grilled and cooked perfectly. The deserts were to die for! The kunafe was AMAZING and just like my Tata used to make. The Baklava was fresh and delicious. We left not a crumb on the plate. The Turkish coffee was awesome as well.

Overall food was fresh and delicious and it was like walking into a family members house and having a good meal. The place was clean and lively. The customer service was great. As a fellow small business owner it felt good to support this business. 10/10 everyone should try this place.“

“What is there not to love about this place?! We are in town from NY. We stopped to grab lunch I got the sweet n savory with the house made chips. My daughter got the Mac n cheese and fries. Huge portions of fries were are mouthwatering. My sandwich has so much flavor and blended well together. The Lavender Lemonade is a must and refreshing. We ended up coming back my daughter got the same thing again but with the parm fries. I got the Goat which is AMAZING it was so yummy. The soup was really good too. We plan to visit again before we head home. This is our go to spot the next time we visit Wilmington. This place is a gem. The staff is so friendly. We felt so relaxed and at home here“

“This is my first Potbelly experience because I am traveling for work and we don't have these in my area. I ordered online and went to pick it up. I am a big fan of a good website that makes ordering easy and quick, so for me that's half the score right there. Then when I went in to pick up the food was ready and the staff showed me the shelf where I could just grab and go, so I'm already a huge fan because I travel so much for work that I love a place that let's me get in and out quick. So as far as I'm concerned that's already 5/5 before I even tried the food. I got the chili, broccoli soup, and a powerhouse salad. All three items were delicious! I was super happy that by the time I got to my hotel and went to eat the soup and chili were still very hot which I dont see very often with most takeout. Also the price was really decent for the quality of the food. I wish I could give this place 6 stars, or 60. Thanks!“

“Editing my 4 star review to a perfect 5 star. My brother and I went there today ( a Saturday ) during the lunch hour. He ordered 2 slices of pizza with 2 toppings on each. I ordered 2 slices of cheese pizza and a small pasta salad. A portion of one slice of my pizza had broken off, so he gave me another slice at no charge. Both my brother and I ordered water for our drinks. We were BEYOND satisfied with our bill, service, and food quality. My cheese pizza oozed with cheese. My pasta salad was delicious ? My bill was $10 and change. My brother's was $9 and change. No complaints WHATSOEVER ?????“
