“I went by in to get a gift card as a thank you for a family member. They were happy to receive it. While I was there Starbucks was giving away peppermint mocha iced coffee samples. I tried one and it was extremely sweet-like hot chocolate. I will not be buying that! I like my coffee without sugar. They were able to ring me up quickly and were very helpful. The gift card choices were displayed out front and one said “thank you” so it was perfect. Overall it was a good experience.“

“Great addition to Mars Hill. Bagels are great. Naturally crispy and soft inside. Good load of cream cheese. Coffee is good(I like an extremely dark roast and this is dark, and toasty). Great start for the day. Will definitely come back and try some other food.“

“We live just north of the village and come here often. Love Yellow Mug! Order at the counter, find a table indoors or out, they will find you when your food is ready. Terrific fresh-ground coffee, creative breakfasts, sandwiches, salads (I love The One with Quinoa and Butternut Squash—yes, that is its name). Very fresh food, veg/vegan and GF options, beer and wine, excellent wifi….one of our favorite places!!!“

“I recently moved into the area and I'm so glad that I discovered this little gem! I have enjoyed the sausage and egg empanada, spinach & feta croissant, pumpkin loaf and their coffee so far and i can't complain about anything! It's a quaint little place.
