“The best part of Jekyll and Hyde is the amazing employees and the atmosphere. We were greeted and sat by a hostess with the most fun hair that compliments the steampunk feel of the restaurant and she was all smiles and very welcoming and friendly. Awesome start to dinner. Our server was Kaylee and she also made the experience very enjoyable and I would recommend asking for a table in her section if you go in. My drink was never empty and she made sure we enjoyed all our food. The food was great all around. Looking forward to going back soon!”

“Four of us went out for a special dinner last night that was a treat by my son and his girlfriend. My husband said it was the best shrimp and grits he ever tasted! All of the food was delicious and our waitress was on point and so fun and friendly. We sat on the patio and it was the perfect ambiance. I definitely would like to go again when visiting my son.”

Pulled up to get food, empty parking lot, no one at window to get food from, sign on door said closed for the day for remodeling. NOTHING on page saying you are closed, even said you are open till 10pm! What the hell?! Somebody is going to fix this issue! And not just with a free appetizer!”

“Such a fun unique restaurant in Matthews, North Carolina. It’s located in downtown Matthews on one of the side streets. Previouslyonly offered small plates, but they changed the menu recently. They do have a nice selection of different types of foods. If you’re a vegetarian, there’s always options to not include the protein. We went a couple weeks ago with friends. Everyone enjoyed their drinks and food. Great place to go with friends or a date night.”

“Food was good, I want to try a few other things! The mac n cheese was SO good & the chicken tenders were great. The grilled chicken & steak in our salads were not amazing but it's the meat of a salad so not much to look for there.

“Their layout is maximized for seating but it feels cramped no matter where you sit. It's a good business decision to make it so people werent waiting long for open seating, it just takes away from the experience slightly.

Ribs are very good here. Steak wasn't the worst I've had but won't order one again. Overall it was fine”

“This is the Colombian spot!!
The food is extremely authentic, flavory, exquisite. Service feels exactly as if you go to a bakery in Bogota and all the team members & even the owners make you feel at home.
I am not a fan of driving but since I know this restaurant I get way out of my errands to fit a trip to the bakery get me a coffee and try their amazing products. I have tried stuff that I don’t usually like and all is recommended. The portions are also very generous & congruent with the price. The only thing I do not like very much is that they have a shelf next to the cashier and they sell all kind of Colombian products from my childhood I love the exhibit but can’t fall for it because I could be developing a belly if don’t control what I eat there ?!!

We have visited several times and they always go over and above our expectations. We quickly noticed that although we may have an assigned table and waitress, the waitresses support one another. “The fish and chips I had here were pretty exceptional for an unassuming-looking American restaurant. Fish was fried well and was crispy. Needed more salt. But the medallion-style fries were unironically the best fries I've had outside my kitchen. Perfectly crispy exterior, soft interior, seasoned with Lawry's, and came out piping hot.

Even the slaw-- which is never good-- WAS good.

Will definitely be back just for those fries.”

The food was awesome (I had Jalapeno Poppers and Peter Piper burger), and so was the beer selection (I had a really good blonde ale (cannot recall the name unfortunately)). Service was great, and washrooms were clean. The place has a really cool vibe to it, looks like one would feel at home there while watching sports on one of the many screens.”

“My husband and I discovered Jets pizza recently. My coworkers told me about this amazing pizza I just had to try. Well let me tell you, jets four corners deep dish pizza is now our favorite pizza EVER!! We are a bit addicted to this place. The staff are always professional and polite. The store is clean and inviting. They are also honest, I left my purse there accidentally and the staff kept it safe till I arrived the next day to pick it up. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants the best pizza in Charlotte.”

“My husband and I have had the worst experience's while ordering from this location. We both feel very targeted and it's very obvious. There are flies always on the inside of the store on the different surfaces. The rating is a 97.0. The manager and another employee have been the main two making us feel like we are not welcomed in the store. They go so far as to talk about us very obviously when we're in the store. The customer service from those two is the worst I've had. I've been to other stores around the city and I've not had those problems. It's a shame that paying for items that are not inexpensive comes with uncleanliness, targeting, lack of customer service, and rudeness from employees including the manager. I can gladly spend my money somewhere I'm treated right since I go basically everyday.

Since the negative things that happened in the past in the past review, I have nothing but positivity about every aspect of this location. I'm there very often during the week, and I can honestly say that they go above and beyond to assist customer's needs, provide a clean welcoming atmosphere, and they make sure orders are correct. All while going above and beyond the call of duty. I look forward to going now, and I never leave without smiles and satisfaction. Special kudos to Beth, Lacey, and Zack and all the staff.”

“My husband and I have been going to Marios/John’s place for over 30 years and have never had a bad meal. John has done an excellent job from his managers to wait staff and to the wonderful tasting food. I recently had a private party there and every person raved about the food and the hospitality of the restaurant. I cannot thank John enough for making everything perfect. You are definitely missing out if you don’t go there and have a wonderful dinner.”

“In one way yes we really like the Product, my husband and I have been using the product for 8 years now. On the other had it’s VERY frustrating with our monthly subscription. It Never ships on a timely manner and we end up running out before our shipment even leaves the shipping dock. It makes , buisness travel VERY DIFFICULT when we don’t have our product. Sure wish we could get it figured out SOONER rather than LATER!!”

Their Tom Kha and Pad See Ew are my go to, but their curries and salads are also excellent. I can’t remember a time when we didn’t get great service in a lovely restaurant with authentic decor to go with the authentic Thai cuisine.

“I went on a Sunday after church had let out, so it was rather busy. There was a wait of 15 minutes, but the restaurant was completely full, so I dont hold that against them.
My waitress was attentive and friendly, making sure that everything about my meal was good. My food was brought out quickly, and was exactly as ordered. The menu has plenty of options for everyone, from health nuts to picky eaters and more.
They have nice desserts as well, I had the molten chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. It isn't a large dessert, just keep that in mind if you're expecting a large portion of dessert.
Overall, great place. Its a good date spot and conveniently nestled in downtown Matthews, NC, which has plenty of nice walking and shopping opportunities.”

“Same as any other five guys, although my wait time to receive the food was horrible, stood there in line for almost 30 minutes while orders before mine and after mine were called before me and I had a simple cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and ketchup. The ladies working the line did not have a sense of urgency at all and we're super slow while the guy working the fries killed it, those ladies need to be retrained or replaced.”

We got the fresh summer roll and the Pho Dac Biet. The summer rolls were soft with a delicious crunch of lettuce. The sauce was not as thick as some other places, but still quite delicious; sweet, salty, nutty. 5/5

The pho tasted good, not great. I felt like the more that I ate it, the more it tasted like the broth was a bit watered down. I was looking for a punch of flavor, but it fell short of my expectation. It was also a bit more on the sweeter side in my opinion. This was supposed to be the combination bowl, but I didn’t get any tendons or tripe, which was a tad disappointing. The broth had a nice color though. 3.5/5

Ambience was kinda awkward. The TV’s were on, but the volume was very low. It was quieter than I was expected. Decor was a bit more traditional but it looked fine. 4/5

“Unfortunately ordering in the app for pick-up seems to give you unreliable service. Ordered the previous night I requested extra lettuce exta tomatoes. When I arrived at my house and opened it up it was made exactly how I wanted it, the problem is had was they did not include the picked spear which is on the receipt. Fast forward to the next day I ordered the hook and ladder again specified extra lettuce extra tomatoes. Again I checked it when I got home, this time I got the pickle spear but no extra lettuce or tomatoes.”

I usually get a bento box, which has a lot of food for a reasonable price and portion. The sushi is also phenomenal, as I ordered the Weddington Roll and it did not disappoint.”
