“This is a good place for lunch or dinner. It's cozy. Dress attire varies depending on occasion. I have to say that the atmosphere is very comfortable. They have great pizza here! Food plates are good. Menu changes and is posted. I enjoyed my dessert. I like the way their counter is set up. Some staff wasn't attentive. The owner kindly helped me twice. “What an awesome bottle shop! This is a tap room/bottle shop with a food truck and tables nestled in an adorable outdoor sitting area out back. We started indoors with just one beer and then headed to the back for food and more beer. I will caution you though, if you want to remember this adorable place in downtown Mt.Holly NC, don’t go to Muddy River Distillery first. As a weakling who can’t handle her drinks, I destroyed my opportunity to brag about how great this food truck is due to the fact that I had three drinks over the course of 4 hours prior to visiting and therefore cannot remember what I ordered. I have it on good authority that the food was fantastic, as described by my DD and the others in my group. Apparently I loved the beer and food and left no crumb or drop unturned. Next time I visit it will be to shop more in this so cute it hurts little town and explore the area as well as to actually remember my experience. Head across the street to the Catalyst Mercantile for some pricey but worth it unique gifts. Dear travelers and Charlotte residents, go hang in Mt. Holly for a fun-filled Saturday! They have all the preciousness of a cute little town that you’ve been looking for without the long drive to Boone or Blowing Rock.“

My wedge salad may have been the best I’ve ever had-Emily shared that they make their blue cheese dressing-I raved about the quality and the generous quantity! She’d also recommended the soup of the day that was also quite tasty & as she’d thought, it paired well with my main course-the Cajun pasta with andouille and chicken. The pasta was a great amount of spicy, richly creamy, and the tomato’s warm juiciness was a delightful addition! I stopped myself partway through that dish so I could try the crème brûlée cheesecake—YUM!! Rich, and I’m sure the cream it was garnished with was from scratch—somehow both light and rich!! Definitely must go back to try the other fun menu items!! Oh, I did trade a few bites with my husband who also loved the pasta; it afforded me the chance to try their burger—perfectly cooked, juicy and TASTY under the melted white cheddar & bacon!!“
