“So I went there last week, and there was a bunch of squirrels in the parking lot. The squirrels themselves didn't throw me off, but the fact that they were gathered around the battered remains of a rotting subway sandwich gave me pause. While ordering, I had to shout over the ravenous barks of a police K9 desperate to get out of it's car and contest the squirrels for the sandwich. When the employee finally answered back, I found myself deeply frustrated by the deep-voiced valley girl speaking to me - do you even train your employees to speak right? I ordered a large extra thick extra chocolately shake and a chicken bacon croissant... The croissant was OK but I had a sneaking suspicion that there was some sort of detergent in the shake. The shake was delicious, but it wasnt thick enough like I asked, and when I went in to complain my cat ran from my car and chased down one of the squirrels... .. It was carnage. The food and shake was great, but maybe install some sort of automated squirrel deterrent. #chocolate #americarunsonduncan #investigatesoros“

“I know the Harry Potter donuts have been popular & last Wednesday I placed a Mobile order but when I went to pick it up , I was saddened to see they were not open & I approached door to ask. At first was made of issue with donut machine being down and they would refund my order. I explained the HP donuts were actually for my birthday 🎉 and if there was any way they could be made at any point that day . Steve said yes plan for noon would try and get donuts from another store. I came back at noon but still no donuts and Steve said he would call me when they were . At 1:30pm I got the call , & birthday saved !!! Thank you Steve & Matthews Krispy Kreme“

“I’ve come to this location for years, and I drove over this morning excited to get a lemon-filled after the limited time return announcement. Unfortunately, they didn’t have them in yet, and they were out of my second choice too. The employee was so apologetic and kind (about something that was absolutely not his fault in any way)!! I ordered a different donut, and when I pulled around he told me it was on the house because they didn’t have the ones I initially wanted. He completely made my day, and he deserves a shout out!“

Whether I’m stopping by in the morning for a quick coffee or treating myself to some ice cream in the evening, the staff is always friendly, efficient, and welcoming. The coffee is always fresh, and the drinks are made just the way I like them. I also appreciate how clean the store is, even during busy hours. The Baskin side is a fun bonus — there’s a great variety of flavors, and everything tastes super fresh. It’s the perfect stop for a sweet treat or a pick-me-up during a long day.
