“The workers here are always friendly and courteous and make sure that you get your coffee just how you like it!! Biggby may be a chain coffee shop but they are exemplary. The coffee is also amazing every time I come! Their lattes & cold brews just rock. What else can I say?!

I wanted somewhere I would feel comfortable lounging ( comfortable chairs and various rooms/spaces, warm, good zibe) and working. I was not looking for a sleek sterile coffeehouse. I loved it that people can draw or write on the walls and that even though this was done with sharpies, I didn't see any evidence of ill will or critiquing if others. I was offered a sharpie myself not long after I arrived. what a great place! Yesterday (11/29/24) I walked in and Gracie greeted me with a smile and inner joy that truly said she was happy to be there working and ready to help her customers. Good Coffee, Please get Coconut milk for those that really can't have the other kinds of milk. Also Almond milk takes away the flavor of coffee for those of you who truly love the coffee taste. Give Gracie a raise. She was awesome!!! I do hope I remembered her name correctly

Dietary restrictions: Whole milk is best for coffee's but not everyone can have it, ironically sometimes oat milk is not best for diets either(such as me)-even thought it is good. Almond milk to me just doesn't taste good in coffee.
Coconut milk is a great alternative to whole milk, yes it doesn't froth as well, but I don't think your place does the cute pictures for the latte's.“

She provided donuts for 60 of our guest and we went through the catering platform and the whole experience from start to finish was easy. Any questions I had I was able to email her directly and get a timely response. All of my guests enjoyed the donuts. I look forward to working with her on future events.“

“I came in to get a gift card for a colleague and decided to give it a try. Compared to Starbucks, I enjoyed Summit Coffee so much more. I had a vanilla mocha and coffee cake. The coffee was excellently brewed, a great taste without all the sugar and syrups that SB adds to their coffee. Their menu options are pretty good, including different coffees, pastries, and other drink options. It is fairly small on the inside of the shop, but their patio area is nice and gives more room. Their teas and coffees are especially tasty and unique in combinations and taste. Love the relaxing atmosphere. Great spot to have a quick breakfast or a business meetings. We stoped by the other day to grab some sandwiches, bagels, pastries, sweets, specialty coffee, and drinks before our hours long trip. We loved all we picked. Children had a blast picking among the choices. The stuff was so friendly. Overall great service and experience. “Love the coffee, but the customer service needs an overhaul!
The last few times I've visited, I barely got a thank you. Yesterday (3/8), the barista just slammed the drink in front of me, and when I said thank you, he barely let out a grunt. Another time, my drink wasn't how I wanted it, they did remake it, however they were not happy about it. Again, my drink was slammed on the counter and not one courteous word was spoken back to me.
I truly think Central Coffee has some of the best coffee/espresso drinks in Charlotte. But, not sure if its worth me visiting as often with the treatment I've received lately. Its quite uncomfortable. Staff definitely could be friendlier and more courteous.“

I have my usual crew I see in the mornings, yes coffee shop but don’t let them trick you - food is to die for.
Also the girls upfront are amazing, had one issue and the next day they covered and fixed it for me right away. Wonderful group of people.“

“Ordered breakfast (eggs, bacon, potatoes) for delivery to my hotel room. Easy ordering experience, and the food came promptly and neatly packed. The orange juice was delicious. But I didn’t get the cheese I requested (and paid for) in my eggs, and the food overall was cooked well but unseasoned. Thankfully, they included salt and pepper packets in the bag. Overall, a good experience that served the most important purposes of convenience and satiety.“
