“My husband came in on 3/30/24. He said the staff were very nice and were a little busy. He told me about the awful lady that waited on her food and wanted a refund and what took place with her throwing her drink at the glass. We felt horrible about this. These were the best sandwiches we have ate from this location. My husband said the sandwich artist took their time and made sure the order was correct, instead of quick look at ticket and hand off incorrect order. Way to go guys and gals of JJ! “My order wasn't made as ordered but was still good. This location is always on point so I guess they just had an off day. I ordered on the app and went to pick it up at the drive through window. It was ready but they were waiting on other customers and I got ignored until they were finished. This was the worst visit I've ever had here but I know they've been great the zillion other times so I'm not going to hold it against them. I'll definitely return but if it's not right next time, I may lower my rating.
