“This place needs some updates and looks kinda run down on the inside, but i was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was, and the large menu with a lot of options! I got a small Reuben on rye and a side of Curly Fries and it was bomb and only $9. There is a drive through, plenty of parking, plenty of seating and they are not just a sandwhich shop, they also sell burgers and gyros and have some good vegetarian options too.Dont let the location or it being run down deter you from trying their good food!“
“Went during lunch hour and it was busy as I expected it would be. However there was a line for the ordering and the register line but there was also one for the pickup online orders. There’s a system in place that should have been a pick up and go. They have a shelf but there were no orders on it. They were asking for names and pulling them from the back but we’d been waiting a few minutes. Again not terrible but when you’re on a limited time lunch break and it’s supposed to be ready, you trust that it will.“
“The service from the young lady, I'm assuming may have been a manager or co-manager, was outstanding. She made sure that we had everything that we needed she brought it to our table and was just very very personable. And I have to say I've been eating at Jimmy John's for a long time that was the best tasting bread I have ever had at one of the restaurants. It was fresh it had a beautiful beautiful flavor to it. Definitely a great dining experience that night. Thank you guys for doing a stellar job!!Parking: Some of the spots look like it might be a little tricky to get in and out of but it was late in the evening and there wasn't a whole lot of traffic.“

I've seen their delivery map and while it's quite small compared to what you'd expect from, say, a pizza place, that's on purpose to keep drive-time tight and keep up with that freaky-fast delivery they promise.Also helps that they don't have to wait for a pie to go through an oven as a step in the process; just slap that thang together and it's on the way.“

“I had the BEST experience today at this jersey mikes. Teia and Knowledge were so kind, patient and knowledgeable of the menu and all of the ingredients! Aside from that, their customer service was superior! Teia should be manager if there is an opportunity for it! Or at least give her a raise! “Came here because I wanted to try it for the 1st time. It was really good and fresh. I had the club lulu and BBQ chips. The bread was really soft and the whole sub was delicious. Since it was my 1st time I will be going back soon. Only thing I wish they had hot subs but overall was good. The employees were really nice and helpful. The restaurant was clean and no wait“

“Went to this location yesterday but was hesitant because every time I go in, the customer service is mediocre at best. But yesterday a group of gentleman were working and there were quite a few people in line and I can say this was the best service I have ever received from a food establishment. All of the men were polite and fast. They all showed great customer service to myself and everyone in front of me.“

“My order wasn't made as ordered but was still good. This location is always on point so I guess they just had an off day. I ordered on the app and went to pick it up at the drive through window. It was ready but they were waiting on other customers and I got ignored until they were finished. This was the worst visit I've ever had here but I know they've been great the zillion other times so I'm not going to hold it against them. “The Subway in Pleasant Garden is the best. I usually go to the one in Liberty. But it's awful now. The workers look mad. They run out of bread and meats all the time. And this between 6:30 and 7 in the afternoon. It's really gone down.“
