“One of the most well run McDonald’s we’ve seen in a while! Very quick service, clean facilities, friendly staff. Marcus, the manager, was constantly checking on guests and making sure everyone was taken care of. Highly recommend this location!“
“Had curbside service and the lady was very nice. I messed up and didn't select additional drinks in my cart so I had to do another order. I apologized and thanked her for coming back out. She was very kind.
It was my first time every going to this McDonald's. It was awkward because I couldn't see it until I past it. Had to go around the block and come into the lot a different way. Other than that, all was well. I recommend this location for curbside... as that's all I have had here. My buger was yummy and so were out frozen drinks.“

“This McDonald’s is easily the best I’ve ever been to. Admittedly, I only have experience with the drive thru, but the staff is always super polite, pleasant, and efficient. The food is always fresh and hot. Far superior to the location on Spring Forest Rd.“

“First, thank you for always have pleasant workers. From the inside to the drive thru I have never ever had an issue. Friendly, and food is always FRESH! My fries have always been fresh HOT no matter what time I have gone here. I have come very early and very late at night and just thank you to all the workers for what you do to keep the flow. Drive thru moves fast and I have seen it packed but never a car needing to be pulled to the side, at less not when I have gone. Please give all your workers raises because it is not easy always smiling and being as friendly as they are with the way the world is and the people they have to come in contact with daily. Customer service is not for the weak. whoever the managers are always give them raises and props for having such a great staff of people!“
“It wasn't too bad it was just that they will hog the sauces and then they never have cookies ready so you have to wait like 5-10 minutes for 2 cookies...
Parking: It's a small parking lot so...you won't find much parking or when you go inside you won't find many sits to sit at“

“The girl who took our order asked for a sausage egg cheese muffin with bacon, not the meat, and she was charging me. The manager arrived and corrected her because I was only making a change. She told her that she didn't have to charge me for the bacon. The coffee they gave us was with I didn't like the dust inside.“

“I'll tell you the truth, I'm there every Wednesday for bible study at 6:40 am . That is one of the best staff you can find . Always cleaning, always a big smile and a good morning. Very helpful, and a nice size crowd that time in the morning. Just a nice place to go with or without the family.“
“Finally! I went to a McDonald's and received that fast and friendly service they show on TV every day! The food was as hot as you could expect fast food to be, which was a plus, considering the fries are usually the coldest. The cashier was patient and polite as she waited while I changed my mind at the counter a few times. I was very impressed!
Kid-friendliness: It's McDonald's, so you already know the kids are normally allowed to let loose a little bit.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a Handicap ramp that leads eight up to the entrance.“
“This is my favorite McDonald’s. Staff are always pleasant and attentive to the order. In this case, I actually ordered using the app and table service. I carefully checked my order and every single piece was correct down to the number of packets of salt I requested the food was delicious as always, and look at the flowers that were on the table. That is a great touch. My smile is my happiness to be at McDonald’s on a Saturday morning.“
“Used the drive thru. With the meal I ordered a free Apple Pie using points I had. I drove up to the window and was told that a batch of apple pies was just now coming and it would be 5 to 6 minutes until they were ready. I was given the option of waiting, or would I accept a strawberry pie instead. I accepted the replacement pie and was disappointed. But it was better than waiting and all the other food in the order going cold (French fries are only good when hot).“
“I’m surprised this place has all the bad reviews ! The 4121 blue ridge road McDonalds in Raleigh is great . My food was fresh , I loved my Big Mac and fries . The staff were all smiling and seemed happy to serve me . I have a older model car and my gps in it isn’t updated . One of them helped me to find where I was going and offered perfect directions . Thank you ! I will definitely return to this McDonald’s“
“Listen, im never one to review a McDonalds of all places, BUT I have to give credit where its due. The morning crew, are GREAT! They always get my order correct, they always give me my extra pumps of caramel and they are always super fast. I had an issue the other day with my card and one of the morning crew, Jose, went out of his way to help me out. Keep doing what you are doing guys!“
“I routinely go to this location for a large diet coke. Every.single.time I go to the drive thru, I'm always greeted with such politeness and the treatment received is far better than that of the Chick-fil-A that is nearby. Really appreciate the drive thru team, thank you!!!“

“This McDonald's location doesn't deserve the 2.6 star average rating. The service was friendly, fast, food was hot and fresh. They did mess up my extra pickles and put no pickles but that's an easy mistake. Overall great experience for the food court.“
“This location is great ..the food is always great ..but at this location they do a better job with the fries..I leave in the fryer longer which makes them crispy and the employees do the extra money things that make you remember good service .Check this location out .“

“WOW is what comes to mind! I love the atmosphere of this McDonald's it's impressive and improved from years past. The music 🤩 wow is perfect for ambient atmosphere but id lower the volume a bit for those studying or having conversations..It's decorated beautiful, and it's the first EVER McDonald's that has ever smelt GREAT 😃 and pleasant. I love the little touches of decorations they added for the season to do it's not so drab. The staff was kind and helpful and QUICK. I wish ALL McDonald's followed by this one and it's obviously apparent the leadership here knows what they are doing. I APPRECIATE the vibe. Also BONUS I grew up in the 80s and rasingy kids later using play places so happy this McDonald's kept their play place for children in the area to have fun during a family meal! 😊 WELL DONE“
“Excellent customer service from Steve the maintenance man. I had came in on crutches helped me in as well as my order and came out frequently to make sure I was good. He also made sure other guests were good as well to keeping up to his job duties. Always smiling“
“I think this is the best McDonald's I've ever visited. Three different staff members checked on me to see if I needed to order ( within 3 mins!!!) while one took the time to answer my Happy Meal question. I will definitely going back!“
