“I think this is the best McDonald's I've ever visited. Three different staff members checked on me to see if I needed to order ( within 3 mins!!!) while one took the time to answer my Happy Meal question. I will definitely going back!“

“The buff guy who works the early morning shift; he’s my guy. I’ve seen him almost every time, he’s always on it, he’s energetic, he’s friendly, and the food’s always right. I’m no McManager, but I’d certainly he’s earned whatever raise he’s in the running for, and if he’s not, he should be! It certainly makes my trip better to know he’ll likely be there.“

“Easily the best restaurant experience of my life. Let me shout from the hills! The Lake Boone Trail McDonald's changed my life!! The customer service belongs in the hall of fame. Particularly, there is one hero who has made my experience so enriching: An employee by the name of Spencer. I've never seen an employee so polite, hardworking, and efficient. He is easily the GOAT of fast food workers, and he deserves to have his uniform retired whenever his inevitable fruitful career comes to a close. Thank you, Lake Boone trail McDonalds... “I have had great repeat drive through service experiences after 2 in the morning with large orders. Not even a glimpse of grumbling, just consistent cranking out the order while keeping up the communication. I don't know that I could ask for more this time of night.“

“Had curbside service and the lady was very nice. I messed up and didn't select additional drinks in my cart so I had to do another order. I apologized and thanked her for coming back out. She was very kind.
It was my first time every going to this McDonald's. It was awkward because I couldn't see it until I past it. Had to go around the block and come into the lot a different way. Other than that, all was well. I recommend this location for curbside... as that's all I have had here. My buger was yummy and so were out frozen drinks.“

“One drive thru lane serves customers before 6:30. It doesn't move as swift as it should but the orders are correct. Be watchful of vehicles entering and exiting as well as customers walking between vehicles in parking area. It's dark this time of morning and McDonald's lights are not on.“

“First, thank you for always have pleasant workers. From the inside to the drive thru I have never ever had an issue. Friendly, and food is always FRESH! My fries have always been fresh HOT no matter what time I have gone here. I have come very early and very late at night and just thank you to all the workers for what you do to keep the flow. Drive thru moves fast and I have seen it packed but never a car needing to be pulled to the side, at less not when I have gone. Please give all your workers raises because it is not easy always smiling and being as friendly as they are with the way the world is and the people they have to come in contact with daily. Customer service is not for the weak. whoever the managers are always give them raises and props for having such a great staff of people!“

“It wasn't too bad it was just that they will hog the sauces and then they never have cookies ready so you have to wait like 5-10 minutes for 2 cookies...

Parking: It's a small parking lot so...you won't find much parking or when you go inside you won't find many sits to sit at“

“Been coming to this McDonald’s for a while one of the better locations by far! Service is nice, they always get my order right, and food is hot and fresh! “Excellent service! I received my Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich quickly and the sandwich was at the proper temperature. I ordered form a McDonald's survey, so I got 2 sandwiches for the price of one. This location still has the fountain drink machine in place as of March 2026. The restaurant was also very clean.“

“Second time that I've been to this location this month. I used the app to order ahead and specify No Cheese. Both times they were covered 8n cheese. This time I checked before leaving and they remade correctly, but I suspect this is a comm9n problem if they aren't reading the order. They used to be really good about getting it right. They have always been slow, which I don't mind if they are getting the orders correct.“

“Whoever was working on Saturday closing shift on January 3rd were the most amazing people ever. They were super sweet and very kind. I used to work at McDonald and they really were the most supportive and friendly workers. I think their names were Chaz and Noni. BEAUTIFUL“

“I'll tell you the truth, I'm there every Wednesday for bible study at 6:40 am . That is one of the best staff you can find . Always cleaning, always a big smile and a good morning. Very helpful, and a nice size crowd that time in the morning. Just a nice place to go with or without the family.“

“Finally! I went to a McDonald's and received that fast and friendly service they show on TV every day! The food was as hot as you could expect fast food to be, which was a plus, considering the fries are usually the coldest. The cashier was patient and polite as she waited while I changed my mind at the counter a few times. I was very impressed!

Kid-friendliness: It's McDonald's, so you already know the kids are normally allowed to let loose a little bit.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's a Handicap ramp that leads eight up to the entrance.“

“Wanted to write a review strictly because of how pleasantly I was greeted by Dashawn (hopefully I spelled correctly). He was quick to check on my order when I was unable to pay at the kiosk and both polite and personable — made a great day even better with his positive attitude!“

“Did online pick up through the app. It's McDonald's, so it was as expected. Food was affordable and tasted as expected. Other than having to wait for a few minutes despite placing my order through the app ahead of time, and having to wait a couple minutes longer than I expected, I don't really have any complaints. 👍“

“Today I picked up a breakfast order around 9ish AM. I was waiting in my car and the guy who came out to give me my order walked up and did the McDonald’s “ba da bop bop bop” tune and honestly, made my day. Customer service is a lost art. He was friendly, precise and professional. I hope he and the manager read this so they realize that people still value the little things and how they make them feel.“

“This McDonald's location doesn't deserve the 2.6 star average rating. The service was friendly, fast, food was hot and fresh. They did mess up my extra pickles and put no pickles but that's an easy mistake. Overall great experience for the food court.“

“This is my favorite McDonald’s. Staff are always pleasant and attentive to the order. In this case, I actually ordered using the app and table service. I carefully checked my order and every single piece was correct down to the number of packets of salt I requested the food was delicious as always, and look at the flowers that were on the table. That is a great touch. My smile is my happiness to be at McDonald’s on a Saturday morning.“

“This location is great ..the food is always great ..but at this location they do a better job with the fries..I leave in the fryer longer which makes them crispy and the employees do the extra money things that make you remember good service .Check this location out .“

“Listen, im never one to review a McDonalds of all places, BUT I have to give credit where its due. The morning crew, are GREAT! They always get my order correct, they always give me my extra pumps of caramel and they are always super fast. I had an issue the other day with my card and one of the morning crew, Jose, went out of his way to help me out. Keep doing what you are doing guys!“

“I'm mainly go to McDonald's for their sweet tea and their strawberry and cream cheese pies. I always do drive-thru gotten so much better over the years being polite and thoughtful. I purchase iced tea there so much that I've actually gotten to know some of the employees at the window. I'm just not a huge fan of their other foods.“

“Play area, a couple tables and the drinks machines so overall a smaller McDonald's. Service took a decent bit to get even though they didnt seem that busy and they had forgotten my drink before I reminded them, however they were very polite and efficient when behind the counter. I had come a little late so I expected my food to be cold but it wasn't, still warm and fresh and delicious.“

“Excellent customer service from Steve the maintenance man. I had came in on crutches helped me in as well as my order and came out frequently to make sure I was good. He also made sure other guests were good as well to keeping up to his job duties. Always smiling“
