“I just started working at Jersey Mike's as a part time job to help make ends meet. Labor Day weekend was my 2nd shift working, and being that I am new I was put on the register to check everyone out. People on the other side of the counter need to realize this place is really clean, and all of the employees especially management are super people. Saturday was insane though!!! The entire dining room was packed with atleast 50 ppl. Elon college students came in off a bus, Door Dashers were lined up against the wall, and walk ins kept walking in. We also had back to back orders coming in online, people calling in $300 orders as well. We actually ran out of bread! Thats how the night ended. You quite literally couldn't fit one more person in the dining area during the lunch rush. The DoorDashers were in a hurry, the college students were loud, it was insane, people were fuming mad because they ordered their food 30 mins ago and it still wasnt ready. People could see how crazy it was but yet they still expressed their anger towards us. People don't realize how nasty and rude people can be. We are making minimum wage! Its mind blowing to me how anyone could've gotten so bent out of shape over a sandwich that day. Seriously...chill out. Like I said...the staff are all great people who don't deserve the negative feedback and this location is extremely clean. I have never seen so many sandwiches made in such a short period. 😳 WAY TO GO JM Cornelius!“

“Been to McAlister's Deli before in other areas but this was our first trip to the location in Mooresville. Overall, we had a really good experience. We ordered the pick two and got a Pecanberry Salad with a Jalapeno Turkey Crunch sandwich along with a Caesar Salad with a Spicy Southwest Chicken sandwich. The food tasted great and the prices were just as good. The service was somewhat slow but there was only one person working the counter and also a lot of to-go orders being placed. We will definitely be back again!“

Scooter, the manager, and his guys got my order put together, no questions asked, in less than twenty minutes even though the mistake was entirely mine and they were quickly approaching their closing time. Kudos #1!
I needed a receipt for said order and forgot to grab it from the store when I took the food to go. Needing that receipt for an expense report, I reached out about a month after the fact. Scooter took his own personal time to communicate clearly with me and track down the receipt. Saved me a big headache! Kudos #2!

“Best Subway I have been to in a long time. Unlike some Subway locations this one has everything fresh, and prepared, with the teriyaki sauce already mixed into the chicken. And the Terayaki Chicken subs taste great because of it. Much better than some other Subway locations.“
