“The food and service were fantastic! However, the reason I will return every time I visit Asheville is not actually food related. The owners fed their employees and their families the entire time they were shut down for Covid. The owner’s husband is involved in many global humanitarian projects. While I was reading the Cantina’s historical wall display, the researcher responsible for the wall came and spent about 20 minutes chatting with me about the area’s history. I was moved by life work of the people associated with the restaurant and will return in support of goodness in the world.“

“I am so happy I found this place. Absolute best burrito I have had in Asheville, or anywhere, really. So far I have tried the pastor and carnitas. My kids love the chicken. I can’t wait to try the tamales and every meat on the list. Their agua frescas are fantastic as well. So far I have only tried the most delicious horchata, I plan to try the whole list! Try this place out. Support local. Support burritos fantastico!!!“

“First time eating here - had the Fish Tacos. They were fantastic!!! Loaded. Lots of flavors. They were honestly Much better than I was anticipating they'd be. I will say that they weren't Filled w/ fish - I'm a simple one and like lots of fish w/ just the right amount of complimentary flavor- but they Did have enough fish that you could taste it all together and they were just right for what they were. I assume they rest of their food is prepared w/ the same care and skill.“

“I like eating here. The service is very good and the food is plentiful and delicious. The atmosphere is friendly, and I have yet to wait for a table because there are so many. This restaurant is quiet but with music. There is full service bar that is very nice. A good place to meet a friend for drink where you can talk.“

“Extremely clean. I mean, I as a restaurant employee many years, have worked places that aren't precisely thorough.
Big guy Rick was super chill and explained how they clean the soda And water dispensers every night.
Not every place does this.
Great vibes, tasty food will be back for more.

“I love beef tongue tacos and honestly have a crazy high standard for them and these were very much up to the task. I also got cheek tacos for my first time and they were good enough I wasn’t sad I didn’t get all tongue. Tacos come with onion cilantro lime wedges and 2 sauces. I recommend using lime and both sauces and you are going to be very happy with your lunch. Also 4 tacos for 12.80$ can’t be beat nowadays especially with flavor that makes them worth even more.“

“I visited this location a while ago and just got to writing a review. I was only reminded because I had a few questions before I put in an order today. I called the store and instantly got a manager who was very kind and informative. He was able to answer all my questions with no problems even with my two children screaming in the background about unrelated topics, they didn't want taco bell tonight but it doesn't matter because it's mommas choice tonight. Kids can get their McDonalds and Burger King when they have their own money for it. But going back on topic. All of my questions were perfectly answered and luckily everything I wanted tonight was ready and available, including my favorite burrito and drink! It's nice to feel like you can really have a conversation with someone as if you know them. I love this Taco Bell and can't wait to go back and see the enthusiastic smiling faces of the employees!
