Fast Food Restaurants near Terrell

“It cost me $5.47 to get a medium fry because that was the default. Meaning that size or nothing. I wanted a fountain drink. So I ordered a sprite. He said if you want a drink the default size is a medium. Oh I asked what sizes small medium and large? Right? And he said “no only default medium”!
So I thought ok med. drink & fry can’t cost that much. $5.47. It may have been $5.49. It could have actually been $5.79. I don’t think I want to check it right now. I went to this place yesterday. That’s why I was giving it a three because why did I have to get “default” on everything?
But, I stopped here on the way back from kayaking. It is a nice clean store. Great bathroom to change in. Thank you very much. That’s why I bought something. Great easy parking. Nice dog area.
Service was great.

So I had to change your rating to a 4 because you had a super nice bathroom. I usually go a different way home. And gps was showing not too.

And if anyone reads my travels. I’m including a picture of my car with the kayaks.

“Mr. Danielle was amazing! assisted me with a catered lunch for my work place on Saturday. He walked the extra mile placing items in the lunch bags. He also noticed I forgot the bags of ice.
He was kind and re checked everything before I left with a trunk of food.

“This particular restaurant is kept clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food menu is simple with enough choices for a lunch or dinner meal and of course all of the expected Dairy Queen ice cream choices for dessert. Overall this store during my visits has been a positive experience with good service and food/ ice cream. Quick, easy and well priced.

“This a a very cool place to take the kids after soccer. The patio is very nice and kids can play safe while we eat. The hot dogs have like a tower of delicious toppings. They even have vegetarian dogs. It is far for us, but once every few weeks.“

“I love my neighborhood Culver's in Mooresville (it's the closest to where I live). This restaurant has one of the best fish sandwiches I've ever eaten! Culver's is counter services but a step up from other chain fast food. This location is clean, with good service and excellent food. Kudos to the manager.“

“Hands down the best customer service and subs that I have had in along time. My wife was having an issue with Uber cancelling her order today and they made it right!! They honored the free sub by giving her a coupon and were very patient and understanding through the whole ordeal!! They give you a very generous portion of meat and everything tastes fresh. “Hands down the best McDonald's we have ever had. Not exaggerating. We have ate at McDonalds down the whole east coast. Best food that was perfectly seasoned. Ordered specific toppings and came out the way it was asked for. The restaurant was spotless. We thought the restaurant just opened because of how clean. The staff was professional, prompt and friendly. I wish we had a McDonalds like this establishment in Georgia! “I have been coming to this location for years. The one piece of advice that I would give to prospective customer would be: ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG. They might give you all of your food, but they will forget the sauce. Or you may get everything you ordered minus one item. You should always ask for extra silverware because it’s almost guaranteed that they will forget to put some in the bag unless you do. Generally, everyone is nice and somewhat well mannered - but the consistent inconveniences of having to drive back to get sauces-or the occasional macaroni, is the reason for the 3 Star rating. I have never made consecutive trips where everything that I ordered and or asked for was in the bag. It’s always ALMOST all correct. If they could fix this. I would give 4 Stars.

Lastly - the Artificial Intelligence ordering system is so not worth the hassle. Might as well order inside if you don’t like talking to robots. Or being up sold on every new item they are offering.

Food is good though. 🤣

UPDATE: The manager on duty is extremely sweet. When driving back through to retrieve items left out, she added a couple of freebies and up sized an additional macaroni for me. So that was nice.

UPDATE 2: Susan is the GM. She has since made everything right so I have decided to add a star and give this location 4 stars due to her dedication in fixing the issues. She has re trained some of her staff and has been willing to go above and beyond to make my experience a more positive and memorable experience. I appreciate your hard work Susan!“
