“Mint is the best restaurant in the Boone/Blowing Rock area! The food is fantastic, most ingredients from India. Cucumber salad and hot cauliflower appetizer, the saag options are all amazing. The service is attentive, friendly and professional. Aman is the best. He remembers us and makes us feel special plus he makes the most delicious drink - Mango Mojito. Atmosphere is nice, and to top it all off it’s a great value.”

“Katie and I went to Boone, NC over 4th of July this year and found several great local places. We found a local coffee shop Hatchet Coffee and it was amazing. Their staff was friendly and helpful with all our questions……the coffee was great!! I just ordered more coffee last week and received it today…….never have I ever gotten a personal Thank You note from a company!!! I will always be a big fan…..support local businesses!!! Thanks again!!!”

“My wife and I had the Dragon bowl and the Acerola smoothie. Both were absolutely delicious! The bowls were bigger than others we have had in the area and the fruit was so fresh that I thought they were growing it in the back! Jessica and Mike are the best and they are so welcoming that you feel like you have known them for years. Next time, and there will be MANY more next times, I'm going to add cacao nibs. I think the chocolate would add another mood boosting layer to my already insanely healthy breakfast. This kept me going all the way to lunch and I even skipped coffee! I can't wait to go back to Seaboard Station Palm Berries and try the next bowl.”

“Went into the restaurant with a two-year-old sat down for lunch or two-year-old screamed very loud when we distracted him with toys, the second time he screamed was because my husband was changing something on the phone. Now when I go to eat, I don’t wanna be sitting there with a screaming year-old next to me so I do understand that. It’s not the point that my grandson was screaming. It’s the point that the owner or whoever was behind the register was so freaking rude. My grandson scream and the man behind the register scream. Yoooo, very loudly in front of everybody. the second time he screamed though he comes over very loudly if he screams like that one more time you’re gonna have to leave. well guess he did free one more time and he comes over to our table very loudly. You’ll have to leave. I’m gonna pack up your food. he packed up our food. We went out front and ate it.”

“We ate lunch with our friend here today. We sat on the patio with our German Shepherd. The staff was so friendly. The drinks and food were amazing. My gf is gluten free and she really loved the menu. My sweet potato enchilada was so delicious. We can’t wait to come back the next time we are in town:)”

“This is THE place to stop every time you’re in Boone. Husband and I had the bison burger, waygu burger, fries & fried okra. Literally everything we ate was the best food I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The bison burger had avocado, salsa verde, and red onions. It was such a beautiful balance. And the atmosphere was a 10/10. Can’t wait to go back.”

“If you are looking for a cool vibe? This is the place. The food is fantastic!! The owner makes the best hot wings in NC and that's the truth. Football Sunday this is the place Wings and great draft specials. Also if you have that family who cant agree on where to eat. This place has something for every appetite. The bar atmosphere is amazing ..shots at the bar, getting crazy or just chilling with some boonshine chatting over a beer. Also didn't see any news channels! politics are not in this restaurant its all about good times and a good meal. These folks got it right...love the staff. If you go please order the buffalo wings and homemade Bleu cheese...and order a lasagna my Gosh, if you put the food on your forehead, your tongue will beat your brains out trying to get the food”

“I asked the pink haired cashier to pick out 6 of her favorite cookies for me to try and they did not disappoint. Cookies taste rich but have a light, airy quality that are absurdly delicious. Favorite was the strawberry cheesecake cookie but all were great. More on me for not realizing and not a big deal but understand that they are baked to order so expect to wait while they are in the oven. Trust me they are worth it.”

“Would I recommend this establishment? 10000% We reserved the upstairs for a private event and to say we were blown away is putting it mildly. How was the bartender/cocktails you ask? EXCELLENT! Service was top notch, drinks were awesome and she knew her stuff! How was the food? OMG! I can’t say enough….food was off the charts good. Steak tips, chicken picatta, mashed potatoes….😋😋😋😋 Did you have good service? YES! YES! A thousand times yes! Super nice and soooo accommodating! My only regret? I live to dang far! So please….heed my advice and run, don’t walk to make a reservation here! You won’t be sad…PINKY SWEAR!”

“First time visiting venue is beautiful with inside / patio and picnic area seating. We really liked the beers . Amber , ipas and summer beer . Food was delicious . Tenders , cheese curd and pretzel omg good . We ordered the smothered fries , next time I will ask for cheese on the side . They got really soggy . Already can’t wait to go back .”
