“My husband and I ate here for the first time tonight. We had Mary’s nachos (amazing!) and I had the fried chicken sandwich. It was so crispy and very good! The wait staff were great. We brought our 3 month old with us. The wait staff fawned over her and the loud atmosphere kept her entertained so this mama could finish a meal! We will definitely be back soon!”

Unbeknownst to any of us, they automatically add 25% tip to bill for "parties" of 6 or more, FOR LUNCH ??...not that we wouldn't have left a tip anyway, just didn't like the fact that we were told how much to leave.....WELL, we left and crossed this place off of our list !!”

“So my boyfriend came here 6 years ago and every time we pass through the area he tells me how amazing it is. Well we finally were able to stop today and I have to say his hype was fully justified. We both had a handmade, fresh cannoli. He had a large vanilla latte and I had an iced latte with almond milk, honey, and cinnamon. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing. Definitely stop in!!”

“First time ordering a cake from the Cupcake Queen. Very easy from ordering all the way to pick up. The cake was gorgeous and exactly like the picture I showed them. I will definitely use Cupcake Queen for all my future baking needs.”

“I’ve been coming to this location for years, as I live in waxhaw and cannot say enough great things. The owner of this establishment is so incredibly kind, and generous. You can tell he goes above and beyond for his clients. When I bring my three year old in he goes out of his way to interact with him (and surely doesn’t have to). The food and smoothies are always on point and our whole family loves them! My favorite is the Caribbean jerk wrap, and chia banana boost smoothie.”

“My family and I love having Jersey Mike’s close by in Waxhaw now. The staff is always very friendly and the store is always clean. I do have to say that dependent on who is cutting the the deli meat at the time you order your sandwich, you may have a normal amount of meat or hardly any. I know at some locations they weigh it to make sure it’s the correct amount. I wish they’d do this every time. I just have a hard time justifying paying almost $16 for a Giant Sub with such little meat on it. If they could improve this area then they’d for sure be 5 stars in my opinion! And yes, if I’m there and ordering in person then I make sure there is enough on the sandwich or ask them to weigh it. 😊 Pictured below are 2 of our sandwiches from tonight (my husband went and wasn’t paying attention at the amount of meat being put on the sandwiches). One was a Turkey and the other an Italian.”

“This was my first time trying Marco's Pizza and I am very happy with my experience. The driver, Christian, was very polite and apologetic for the wait, even though I received my order within the delivery time. The pizza was hot, fresh, great quality. I will definitely be ordering from here again next time we get pizza!”

“I enjoy this Harris Teeter, & it’s very convenient to have a Starbucks inside. It’s very conveniently located, close to where I live. And my sister & I were able to easily come here & enjoy getting Starbucks together. Love this location & the fun of having a Starbucks so close by, in Harris Teeter (a store I already also love so much).”

“We have been to Ming Fu Waxhaw several times and have enjoyed the food. The sushi is presented artfully and the fish is always fresh. The Chinese entrees are always excellent in both taste and presentation. The spice level of any dish can be customized and I always enjoy extra spicy. The service has always been excellent whether seated in the restaurant or at the sushi bar. The only negative is that the restaurant closes at 0830 pm which is early compared to other restaurants in the area.”
