“I went for the Saturday brunch and had the seafood omelette which was a disappointment because of the imitation crab meat which overpowered everything else in it. The potatoes were great. I’ve been there for dinner many times and everything was always delicious.”

“So my boyfriend came here 6 years ago and every time we pass through the area he tells me how amazing it is. Well we finally were able to stop today and I have to say his hype was fully justified. We both had a handmade, fresh cannoli. He had a large vanilla latte and I had an iced latte with almond milk, honey, and cinnamon. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing. Definitely stop in!!”

“The ice cream here is absolutely delicious — rich flavor, creamy texture, and lots of great options to choose from! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and it’s a nice spot to stop by when walking around downtown Waxhaw.
The only downside is that there was a bit of an odd smell inside the shop, which made the atmosphere slightly less pleasant. Other than that, everything was great — I’d definitely come back again for the ice cream!”

“Delicious but very pricey. The only negative comment I have is the price is never the same. The quality is top notch though. Made fresh many times a day...but definitely pricey. So much better than Ice cream.”

“I enjoy this Harris Teeter, & it’s very convenient to have a Starbucks inside. It’s very conveniently located, close to where I live. And my sister & I were able to easily come here & enjoy getting Starbucks together. Love this location & the fun of having a Starbucks so close by, in Harris Teeter (a store I already also love so much).”

“We have been to Ming Fu Waxhaw several times and have enjoyed the food. The sushi is presented artfully and the fish is always fresh. The Chinese entrees are always excellent in both taste and presentation. The spice level of any dish can be customized and I always enjoy extra spicy. The service has always been excellent whether seated in the restaurant or at the sushi bar. The only negative is that the restaurant closes at 0830 pm which is early compared to other restaurants in the area.”

“My family and I love having Jersey Mike’s close by in Waxhaw now. The staff is always very friendly and the store is always clean. I do have to say that dependent on who is cutting the the deli meat at the time you order your sandwich, you may have a normal amount of meat or hardly any. I know at some locations they weigh it to make sure it’s the correct amount. I wish they’d do this every time. I just have a hard time justifying paying almost $16 for a Giant Sub with such little meat on it. If they could improve this area then they’d for sure be 5 stars in my opinion! And yes, if I’m there and ordering in person then I make sure there is enough on the sandwich or ask them to weigh it. 😊 Pictured below are 2 of our sandwiches from tonight (my husband went and wasn’t paying attention at the amount of meat being put on the sandwiches). One was a Turkey and the other an Italian.”

“Nacho cheese was cold, meat was only warm, Pepsi was in place of Dr pepper and vice versa. Food took over 10 minutes to prepare. Manager was helpful when told about issues, said she would replace items when we come back.”
