“Great customer service! I stopped today to get a cup of coffee. I start by saying I am not an avid coffee drinker. I let them know this and they made a suggestion, I did not like it. Before I left the establishment they made sure that I had a perfect cup of coffee that I enjoyed at no charge. If you haven't tried them you should go. #MonroeGem“

“Driving back east from Charlotte area today and turn off US 74 looking for local place to eat. I found Ms. Allie’s Cafe and it did not disappoint. I had the Shrimp and Grits and it was delicious. The service was great. If you are Marshville are you got to try this place.“

“My friends and our kids stopped in (5 kids ages 10 to 2). The owners were so sweet. The coffee was amazing! Seriously the best spot to slow down a second and enjoy your coffee. My son also had a cinnamon roll and he warmed it up a little, it was delicious. This is definitely my new go to!“

“I love this place! The muffins and bars are always delicious, and are pretty large servings. The pies and sides are always a good addition to any night (chicken pot pie and taco pie are favorites), and the staff is friendly.“

“Realized I forgot my receipt as I was driving away but let the Barista (Omar) know that I would park and come in to get it....surprised to see him running out the front door to deliver it to my car. Now that is fantastic customer service!!! Omar was very courteous at the window and of course my drink is always on point at this location. Thanks again!!!“
“The young woman names Aaya working there this morning went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful! My kids couldn’t stop talking about how nice she was. She has a perfect understanding of what customer service is about! I want to make sure she is noticed for her efforts.“

“A cute little cafe right on the edge of campus. Food is perfect, service is friendly, and atmosphere is clean and comfortable. We had their almond milk latte, berry smoothie, banana Nutella crepe and Monte Cristo crepe. We were ravenous so food didn't make the shot but it was simply delicious The message on my coffee cup was a nice added touch, starting my day with blessing and goodness.“
