“Stumbled across a post of theirs a few weeks back highlighting their pumpkin affogato. Have been back multiple times and has been fantastic every time. The iced coffees have all been great, the kids love the custard and the affogato is incredibly delicious. Just this week the wife and I shared the pumpkin pie sundae and it is what my dreams are made of. This has definitely become a weekly stop.“

“I come in often, more or less than 3 times a month. Every single time I have gone in the staff gives great service and works fast and efficiently. I couldn't say enough great things about the staff, the Manager (DeZyre) does a very nice job of providing a great atmosphere that feels welcoming. The decorations outside are so festive! “We stopped at this location Thursday at 10 am to get an espresso coffee to fix my Caramel coffee I’ve had previously bought at 60th & F ST, which was wrongly made, but the gentleman working at this location kindly offered to remake my coffee… WOW I DIDN’T EXPECT THAT !! “I don’t know how I went 26 years living in Omaha and only now did I make my way to Harold’s. I have been majorly missing out. Everything on the menu is amazing, especially the chorizo, pancakes and eggs. I have to go back for a donut very soon. The price is also totally affordable! Every other visit has been absolutely wonderful. No matter if I order online or in person, Jaxon (Jackson) always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. His attention to detail, positive attitude, and genuine care for customers really stand out. He’s friendly, professional, and always makes sure everything is right before I leave. “Making this review strictly for Cassidy, the barista there! She is AMAZING. I just stopped in to pick up my mobile order for a cold brew and a nitro cold brew with sweet cream. My nitro cold brew didn’t have any sweet cream in it - which is no big deal, things happen. The main barista (don’t want to throw her name in) simply grabbed the nitro & dumped a little out, then added a little added sweet cream.

Cassidy told her she wanted to make the drink fresh for me. The main barista said “it’s under 10 minutes…. She’s fine.” Cassidy grabbed the cup and said she wouldn’t accept that & made me a fresh, delicious one! I just observed this whole conversation. But I truly think Cassidy deserves a shoutout for doing the little things to guarantee a great experience :)“
