“Let me tell you something as a true big backian this place is amazing they give you THE BEST CHEESESTEAK IN LINCOLN lemmie tell u im really hard to please on hamburgers n cheesesteaks i ordered a 10'combo extra fries chicken and steak mixed with peppers onion creamcheese and jalapenos with a side of thai sauce laaawd these cooks and cashiers they are just amazing friendly not to friendly caring and this is the place you go bang for buck forget fast foods these people need to have another 5 places open up down here if you havent been or have not found the right phili dont be silly get on down to CheeseSteak Grille (no i was not paid to say that lol)“

“I go to this subway a lot because it’s close to where I work. Yesterday I stopped in for lunch and I was running short on time, and honestly just having a bad day. I got the best service from the girl working at the time! I believe her name is Faith (I’m so sorry if it’s not) but she was so kind and acknowledged that I was feeling stressed and just made the whole experience fast and stress free. It made my entire day better, so I hope you get to see this and thank you very much!“

“Above and beyond. Great customer service. I ordered online on 11/14/23 at 4:12 pm for my daughter to pick up between her high school events. 2 hours later, I got a call from this JJ location to let me know that it hadn’t been picked it up yet. That is above and beyond to me. Thank you to the female employee for reaching out to me. This is one of my favorite locations in town.“

“Theres 2 sides to a story. This reveiw joshua dickenson has posted really upsets me. He came in to pick up an ONLINE order and said he was over charged and didnt receieve 1 sandwhich for free. I apologized and said we havw no control over the subway app and pay. We receive the order 3rd party. He was upset and yelling at me as i finished his sandwhiches because he was early to come pick up. He then demanded me to give him free cookies for his military discount and since he was overcharged by the app that i have no control over. I put the side of apple sauce in the bag amd the kids white milk on the counter. He then yelled at me again saying i will be giving you a bad review trisha and purposely forgets the milk on the counter. I also had another customer in my shop standing there in disbelief of what happened. I can only control what happens in store. I never rang in his order to begin with. I work really hard in my store. I would never say no to a 10% military discount. He did not want to purchase the cookies. He wanted them for free.“
