“Great Food, Great Serving Size. There's a little bit of wait, but I still give 5 stars as the ladies are really nice and friendly. Maybe need a few more table, but I still give 5 stars on atmosphere since at least they did not cramp the place with so many tables, and the place is clean and bright.“

“Recently rebuilt with a very modern interior and windows on all sides so you can enjoy the small park out back. Runza and their Runza sandwich are local legends, if your a Lincoln visitor you really should try one. Its kind of seasonal but my favorite is the Philly Cheese steak Runza. The cinnamon rolls are a classic recipe from another Lincoln business, Miller and Paine, and are incredible.“

“I'm serious. They may be on on the pricier side of fast food, the Jesus chicken cannot be beat, especially since the price difference between McDonald's and Chick-fil-A is so close. It's almost a no-brainer, you get a better quality of food, and a staff that has mastered the art of customer service, my only complaint would be the dining room is a bit small and of course they are not open on Sundays. But these are very nitpicky to say the least. Definitely my go-to on Uber eats will forever be returning! Also, that Austin gentleman at the counter deserves a raise, his expert management skills Let him lead his staff like they were a true well-oiled machine!“

“This Runza was very clean and updated. Very friendly service, and man...I have missed those onion rings. Had to take family to try their first Runza while in town, and they enjoyed it. Kind of a bummer they charge for the French onion dip now. Maybe I've been gone so long I didn't realize they've always charged for it. It was still a must to dip my rings in. The Runza w/cheese, frings, a drink and 2 dips was almost $17😱 Crazy times we're living in, and you can tell the prices are affecting business bc we were the only ones there. It's a shame bc this franchise has been a Nebraska staple for years. If I still lived here, the price would dissuade me from eating there often, but if you've never had it and passing through Nebraska, highly recommend.“

“I like eating food at Runza, but order accuracy needs some work. In the last 4 trips, the order was wrong. But I check now before leaving. The store decor is not very comfortable. The seating leaves a lot to be desired. But as I started with, I do love their food, and they do a really good job of making it with consistency.“

I didn't check my bag until I left the drive thru but noticed right away there was NO FRING to my frings, not only that but I had about 9 fries in the bag (it was a kids meal but there should be more than that). I turned around and went inside and the gentleman in the back saw me and didn't make me wait even 30 seconds. I explained, he apologized and grabbed the bag and went to the back. “The cashier was amazing! Friendly and very patient with me... I really appreciated that... I ordered their Pork Loin sandwich oh was that good! Big, juicy, crispy Katsu style pork loin... I also ordered their Chili and that was probably my favorite of everything I ordered. All their food was good! I also ordered their Culver Classic which was just a cheese burger with all the fixings, crinkle cut fries and their Oreo Concrete and that was delicious and had a ton of oreos in it!“

I'm updating my post because I went there today (1/10/26) and the staff was so nice! When I asked the gentleman that made my pizza if they still had vegan cheese and protein he told me that he moved it away from the meat and at the end by the vegetables because he thought that made more sense. And you know, it does! I like that there's no risk of meat or regular cheese dropping into the containers which happens a lot at other places similar to this. He was also kind enough to ask if I wanted him to use different gloves. I thought that was really nice of him to ask! I'm vegan but I don't like to make a fuss about it so I'm always so impressed when people go out of the way to be considerate and cautious of potential allergies! All of the staff were fantastic today and it makes me want to go here more often. While I was waiting for my family to get done ordering I talked to another staff member and her customer service was the best. She made this introvert want to continue talking to her which is a true talent because I usually feel awkward with stranger small talk. I added a star because of the staff!“

While visiting Nebraska from Texas, my daughter, a friend, and I stopped by QDOBA downtown and had a great experience. Shamar provided excellent customer service and made us feel very welcome. He prepared our plates generously, and the hot sweet and spicy chicken was delicious—honestly almost better than Chipotle!

The portions were great, and he even added a few extras for us. Thank you, Shamar, for going above and beyond. We will definitely return to QDOBA when we’re in town again!“

“I ordered the Swiss Mushroom Burger and French Fries via the drive-thru. Runza has the best fries! You can tell they change the oil in the fryer on a regular basis. The burger never tastes like it's been frozen and looks and tastes like real beef should. The staff were friendly and efficient and easy to understand when going through the drive-thru.“

“My boyfriend insisted I try Don & Millie’s, as I am an out of state transplant. He ordered a double cheese burger with fries. I ordered a foot long chili dog with cheese, and a mix of fries and onion rings. Over all, great food and great service! Food came out so fast!“

“First visit to this location. I wanted a salad and try a couple tacos. The gentleman suggested a kids meal to save some money on the tacos. I got guacamole on my salad and my tacos and with my chips and guac. Somehow I managed to walk out with It only costing around $21.00. I was expecting more considering the guacamole but it's free versus the competitor. I will be returning quite often! All ingredients were fresh and I left with a heavy bag. Great service! Left a good impression for value of my money!“

“We were there twice this week to use up bonus cards that were about to expire.
Went for Taco Tuesday. My kids and I love to sub beans for the meat on the tacos. Just wish they weren't always so skimpy with the cheese. We also shared a Super Potato minus the meat.
Second time was after I realized Fish Tacos were back. These are probably the best fast food version out there. Loved the sauce this year. Crispy and fresh. Worth the wait after being asked to pull forward and park from the drive thru.“

“Let me start off by saying this is the second time that I brought my fiance here and we brought her boys for their first time all the way from Texas. Now the boys weren't too keen on the sandwich but they do like the fries and the ice cream and let me say that the people working here were so nice and gave them such big ice cream cones. I have to say they were very polite and nice and I definitely like how cleanly and tidy the place was and how fast the service was and how they treat you is above any other. “I haven’t eaten Long John Silvers in years- never much of a fan. When my boyfriend wanted to eat here tonight- I was not happy about it lol…. But much to my surprise, the food was actually really good! It was fresh not like my past experiences that I remember.

We went through the drive thru- the lady who was working the window around 6pm 11/5 was super awesome! Shout out to her! She also gave our doggies treats :)

“Five Guys has always been one of my favorite restaurants and this location does not disappoint! My food was hot and ready with hardly any wait, seating was easy to find and the restaurant was very clean when I arrived. And maan is the food sooo good, nothing hits quite like the hot burgers and fries they're known for. It's definitely not something I can eat on the regular, my meal ended up being over twenty bucks for the burger, fries and drink, but it definitely earns it's value when compared to other burger joints. Staff was incredible, made my ordering experience so easy, and did a good job making sure I had everything I needed for a good meal. Will definitely be returning!!“

I like Runza icecream better, but the deals on the 2 for $5 or $6 menu for the grill are very reasonable! My 6 year old loves the Chicken strip kids meal. We went there after church today and for 4 adults and three kiddos it was under $35.“
