As we walked in, our son locked his eyes on one of the employees & the smiles were so contagious for us all! A sweet gentleman aka “Santa” was working and provided us with the most AMAZING customer service we have ever received.I wish we caught his name, but please.. bring the family in and say hi! He was the sweetest man with an amazing story about how they recently just moved to Nebraska!Subway at the Gretna location should be very proud of him, I wish there were more people in this world like him!Thank you Santa for making not only our sons day, but also making ours!“

“Went through the drive thru and the line 5 cars. We had to wait almost 20 minutes to order and when we got the order it was wrong. We ordered a Slim 1 and a number 14 Bootlegger. On the Bootlegger we ordered no tomato, add sauce and oregano. The still put on the tomatoes and did not add any sauce or oregano.“

“In my quest to find the best sub sandwich, I couldn't omit ordering from Jimmy John's. Haven't been to one in 15 years so I figured it was time. I ordered online and went to pick it up. It was ready when I got there. The restaurant was nice and clean. The sub was expertly wrapped and delivered by a friendly woman at counter. Ordered the way I like, it was an Italian sub: delicious and the ingredients seemed fresh. It also was reasonably priced by today's infaltionary standards. I'd go back.“

He was also quick and suggested a new sandwich that turned out to be very good. His excellent customer service and positive attitude made it a wonderful stop. He should be commended promoted!“
