“Went today for the first time with my two kids. They were super busy but the woman taking drive thru orders and counter order went above and beyond with customer service and so helpful getting us what we wanted! She took time to describe each item and even went over the vegan options. Then the food WOW!! Naan is superb, kofta was amazing!!! “Oh my goodness I could have cried eating here tonight. I'm from San Diego CA so im used to the food and it is so awesome to be able to get it in Nebraska now and I love introducing new people to the amazing flavors that take me back to my raising. But tonight was different. My husband and I walked in with our youngest kids and it had been a long day and we probably looked a mess but the young lady behind the counter didn't even bat an eyelash she gave me the respect of every put together customer that came before me and will come after me. I would definitely say they get a 100% on the friendliness and professionalism owed mostly to Zaire(im sure I didn't spell that right). Proof that people can raise up good people even in these tumultuous times we live in.
I WILL DEFINITELY be returning, and not just for the food this time but for the feeling of acceptance and belonging.“

I didn’t know what to expect the first time I tried it, but now I’m hooked. Their signature Runza sandwich is something special—warm, soft bread stuffed with seasoned beef, cabbage, and onions. “I came through the drive thru on my break and my order was prepared incorrectly. I called and spoke with Isaiah & he was very polite and said I could come the next day to have it replaced. I went through the drive thru the next day and as soon as I said my name, the cashier knew the situation and they replaced my entire meal with great attitudes. Excellent food and excellent service! We'll be back.“

“I visited runs on a day when they were running a special promotion and they were very busy. I went through the drive-thru and I was amazed at how quickly the line was working. Their food was fresh as usual. It appears to almost be made to order which is unusual for a fast food restaurant. The staff was great and the place was very clean“

“I am gluten intolerant so I ordered a burger without bun. I usually don't make any other alterations because its likely my order will be wrong. This time I'm craving something specific so i ordered w/o bun, extra ketchup, extra onions light mustard, and no pickles. I usually don't receive a fork either. But not only did I receive a fork AND knife but my order was 100% correct! I don't think thats happened anywhere else, EVER! Plus, worker was super patient, friendly, and thoughtful to say the least. Best service I've received in while, if not ever. The food was delicious too.“

“Food's great, people are great.The only complaint is that the tables need cleaned more often, usually dirty when finding a place to sit. The trash is full a lot of times as well.

“Super nice and polite staff. Order the number one at about 5:30 Thursday night. Order a number one with onion rings . Everything tasted great and onion rings were cooked to perfection. The guy on the cashier was super nice and offer my dogs a little cup of ice cream for each of them. They told me in their own way that they loved them.

“This was the most delicious fast food place to eat around Omaha! This particular location is over the top in customer service. I would say this is because of the amazing management at this location and 2 particular employees that assisted me over and over again with patience and attentiveness. Their names are Tasneem over the top. Always smiling and very customer oriented. Leonardo too was a great cashier and very respectful when I kept getting confused. We choose this business over chick fillet, hands down, 15 of my family members. We love the food, service, special sauce and wonderful environment. Thank you!“

“I gotta share about the best service we got at Freddy's tonight on 3465 N. 168th Ct. We stopped in there to eat dinner and was greeted by a kid name Chard, he had a the biggest smile on his face, so polite, and honestly seemed happy he work's there. He never stopped working while we were there eating, he was cleaning tables sweeping, and greeted everyone that came in with a smile and was just happy to see us. The place was spotless, who ever was cooking did a great job, and the kitchen was spotless. I highly recommend this place not just for the food, but the customer service was excellent. Looking for a place for a quick meal go check them out. My cheeseburger and onion rings were delicious, fresh and hot. Thanks to the staff at Freddy's especially Chard!! “I decided to stop in & get a couple of subs today for my sister & I for lunch one hot & one cold & must tell you that we are beyond satisfied 😋 This was a complete 180 from the time I ordered online last year & was very disappointed with what I received a small portion of tuna salad and not having all the ingredients either. I called to speak to a manager but she had left for the day already & explained what happened I called multiple times & after a week later I finally got ahold of her & she gave me attitude & was very rude & asked me if I had my receipt & if I ate the sandwich 😳 She wasn’t wanting to give me a refund but told her that her other manager already told me that they would & finally said she would put the credit back on my card which I received the next day. Big shout out to Kenny & his crew 🗣💯 The subs were delicious & filling. I am very impressed with the customer service & friendliness of the staff. Thank you & keep up the amazing work 🤩“

“They could be a little nicer“

“It's been a while since I've gone to runza. It is just meat in a hoagie now. Traditional runza is supposed to be like a kraut burger. The bread is baked in is supposed to be delicious. This was just a sandwich sort of bummed about the drop in quality but no fault to the store. The food tasted decent and was still nostalgic for me“

“This afternoon as I was going through the drive thru, my car died. I explained to the staff and they immediately sprung into action to get my car moved out of the way as it was obstructing the drive. I want to express my gratefulness to your wonderful staff led by Nolan and to the customer that came out and lent an assist. “Forgot this location existed til recently. Went in for some quick lunch. Food was done before we even had our sodas filled.

Staff is cheery, even taking time to decorate the lobby. Which most places don't do.

“Pulled pork is amazingly delicious! Mac and cheese is better than my mom's, but don't tell her I said this. BBQ sauce perfect! I also got my mom the half slab of ribs dinner. She absolutely loved her meal. I got a to go order Superbowl afternoon and the staff was spot on! I'll be back to try your brisket!“

• (Problem: I don’t have this problem with any other Raising Canes locations it is just this one.

Their lemonades do not have enough sugar in them. Every time I ask for a sweet Arnold Palmer the lemonade part of it does not taste the same compared to other locations.

I also know that they’re not adding enough sugar because one of my friends works at this location. When I told them about it they said that some of their coworkers are too dumb to just add a certain amount of sugar into the water like they’re supposed to.

Also they seem to forget to add the extra cane’s sauce I ask for. I know there is an extra charge for them. I’m willing to pay that extra charge. When the person rings back my order they say extra canes sauce when they’re reading the order back to me. Just when I go to actually receive the food it’s not in there. Missing it once or twice is understandable. Mistakes happen. This happens however every time I go to this location.

I hope this review will make it to someone’s eyes that way they can tell their employees what to do to improve. I like eating at Raising Canes I enjoy it.

I do not want to be receiving my food, going into the parking lot, checking my food just to make sure I receive everything. That’s got to be one of the worst experiences if I have to do that. That is all. Thank you.)“

“I am very familiar with Culver's and have eaten there in a few states. The food was consistent with what you'd expect at any Culvers. My only issue was, it did take quite a bit of time to get the food. I almost thought they forgot about me.

Also the ketchup dispensers were not really working all that well. It took a look of action to get some ketchup.“

I shared my predicament with another sandwich location and how I was in urgent need of 15 sandwiches. Zane, Jesse, Betty & Ian took care of me right away.
