She took time to describe each item and even went over the vegan options. Then the food WOW!! Naan is superb, kofta was amazing!!! “Heard about Burger Detour and immediately had to try. Visited the S 203rd Street was greeted right when we walked in the restaurant. The staff was so kind and friendly and very helpful. The manager Diane S was very respectful and kind to her staff and also came to make sure us as customers were satisfied. I will definitely come back to visit. Also was given a special little gift ( a hoodie) for the visit.“

I didn’t know what to expect the first time I tried it, but now I’m hooked. Their signature Runza sandwich is something special—warm, soft bread stuffed with seasoned beef, cabbage, and onions. It’s simple, but so satisfying. The crinkle-cut fries are always crispy and hit the spot every time. And don’t sleep on their chili or onion rings either!

The staff is super friendly, and the service is fast. You can tell they take pride in what they do. If you’ve never been to Runza, you’re seriously missing out. Comfort food at its best!“

“I am gluten intolerant so I ordered a burger without bun. I usually don't make any other alterations because its likely my order will be wrong. This time I'm craving something specific so i ordered w/o bun, extra ketchup, extra onions light mustard, and no pickles. I usually don't receive a fork either. But not only did I receive a fork AND knife but my order was 100% correct! I don't think thats happened anywhere else, EVER! Plus, worker was super patient, friendly, and thoughtful to say the least. Best service I've received in while, if not ever. The food was delicious too.“

“Food's great, people are great.The only complaint is that the tables need cleaned more often, usually dirty when finding a place to sit. The trash is full a lot of times as well.

“I came through the drive thru on my break and my order was prepared incorrectly. I called and spoke with Isaiah & he was very polite and said I could come the next day to have it replaced. I went through the drive thru the next day and as soon as I said my name, the cashier knew the situation and they replaced my entire meal with great attitudes. Excellent food and excellent service! They kindly advised us against giving chicken to our pup, explaining that it could be harmful due to the presence of garlic and onion, and instead offered a special treat for our pup. “I decided to stop in & get a couple of subs today for my sister & I for lunch one hot & one cold & must tell you that we are beyond satisfied 😋 This was a complete 180 from the time I ordered online last year & was very disappointed with what I received a small portion of tuna salad and not having all the ingredients either. I called to speak to a manager but she had left for the day already & explained what happened I called multiple times & after a week later I finally got ahold of her & she gave me attitude & was very rude & asked me if I had my receipt & if I ate the sandwich 😳 She wasn’t wanting to give me a refund but told her that her other manager already told me that they would & finally said she would put the credit back on my card which I received the next day. “Runza realy needs to salt their onion rings and fries. Its not the same, after they cool off, adding salt. Everyone does this with fries. Make America salty again! I am not eating deep fried foods for my health; nobody is. Salty rings matter.“

She absolutely loved her meal. I got a to go order Superbowl afternoon and the staff was spot on! I'll be back to try your brisket!“

“I visited runs on a day when they were running a special promotion and they were very busy. I went through the drive-thru and I was amazed at how quickly the line was working. Their food was fresh as usual. It appears to almost be made to order which is unusual for a fast food restaurant. The staff was great and the place was very clean“

I explained to the staff and they immediately sprung into action to get my car moved out of the way as it was obstructing the drive. I want to express my gratefulness to your wonderful staff led by Nolan and to the customer that came out and lent an assist. They even brought my lunch out to me as I sat in my car waiting for help to arrive. Can't get service better than this all with a great additude.“

• (Problem: I don’t have this problem with any other Raising Canes locations it is just this one.

Their lemonades do not have enough sugar in them. Every time I ask for a sweet Arnold Palmer the lemonade part of it does not taste the same compared to other locations.

I also know that they’re not adding enough sugar because one of my friends works at this location. When I told them about it they said that some of their coworkers are too dumb to just add a certain amount of sugar into the water like they’re supposed to.

Also they seem to forget to add the extra cane’s sauce I ask for. I know there is an extra charge for them. I’m willing to pay that extra charge. When the person rings back my order they say extra canes sauce when they’re reading the order back to me. Just when I go to actually receive the food it’s not in there. Missing it once or twice is understandable. Mistakes happen. This happens however every time I go to this location.

I hope this review will make it to someone’s eyes that way they can tell their employees what to do to improve. I like eating at Raising Canes I enjoy it.

I do not want to be receiving my food, going into the parking lot, checking my food just to make sure I receive everything. That’s got to be one of the worst experiences if I have to do that. That is all. Thank you.)“

“Little King just like when I was a kid. Besides the lady at the counter who was just loud - it was just right. Always order Deli ham & Swiss, macaroni salad, chips, and drink.The bread was soft and fresh, good amount of meat and cheese, even the tomatoes weren’t unripe garbage! Employees were efficient keeping the line moving. Now we just need a LK in Lincoln.“

“I gotta share about the best service we got at Freddy's tonight on 3465 N. 168th Ct. We stopped in there to eat dinner and was greeted by a kid name Chard, he had a the biggest smile on his face, so polite, and honestly seemed happy he work's there. He never stopped working while we were there eating, he was cleaning tables sweeping, and greeted everyone that came in with a smile and was just happy to see us. The place was spotless, who ever was cooking did a great job, and the kitchen was spotless. I highly recommend this place not just for the food, but the customer service was excellent. Looking for a place for a quick meal go check them out. My cheeseburger and onion rings were delicious, fresh and hot. Thanks to the staff at Freddy's especially Chard!! “Went to one place ran out of Runzas at 8 pm. They could not guarantee my order in 25 minutes because they needed to find some. WOW, if they find some??? We'll went down town and find another and they were closing soon but no problem filling my order , young lady was very nice so we got to eat them. I'm not sure if I would go to the one which ran out of food, though. The food was OK, nothing to write home to Virgina about.“

“Super nice and polite staff. Order the number one at about 5:30 Thursday night. Order a number one with onion rings . Everything tasted great and onion rings were cooked to perfection. “My wife, son, and myself were in Omaha for the weekend. By sheer happenstance, we received a tip from a gal in our home town 5 hours away. So glad we stopped. Hands down one of the best pizzas we've ever had. Courteous staff, prep/cook time was fast, and great prices. 10 out of 10 would recommend.“

I did not catch his name but he pushed his employees to get orders right, and quick, was himself working hard and did so with a smile. “I love the butter burgers and custard! Absolutely delicious every time. The changing flavor of the day is fun. Be prepared for a good wait tho, not the fastest of fast food, and to be asked to pull up to the side in the drive thru, which seems to defeat the purpose of a drive thru but to each their own. I do wish the cheese curds were more like Freddy’s. Overall good food.“
