They were super busy but the woman taking drive thru orders and counter order went above and beyond with customer service and so helpful getting us what we wanted! She took time to describe each item and even went over the vegan options. Then the food WOW!! Naan is superb, kofta was amazing!!! Will definitely come back even though it’s a far drive… thank you for a great experience“

“I arrived at 8:15pm tonight & they were mopping the whole restaurant floor it was wet everywhere no biggie figured they were just cleaning up a little bc of COVID. I asked “are you closing early?” The young lady said “no we close at 10pm” I said ok great. I get up to order for my daughter and I and they said they were out of chicken for the night. I looked down and a lot of the containers were close to empty or empty too. The lady behind me also asked for something & they said they were out of that too. The grills were off and multiple staff were just standing around. If you close at 10pm why are you done cooking for the night at 8:15pm? Doesn’t make sense. If it was 9:15pm I could kinda understand.. Anyway I drove across the street to Chipotle & the lady behind me left also. I hope tonight was a one time thing bc that sucks if that happens regularly.“

“Had to hit up Freddy's while visiting Omaha recently - my boyfriend insisted that I try it. It was delish! Made hot and fresh. I had a double burger, onion rings, and good old-fashioned vanilla ice cream with hot Carmel sauce! Everything was hot, tasty, and satisfying! But the older woman who took our order was so friendly and joyful. She provided great service and the young people working together there were so happy and chatty. A pleasure!“

“The food was delicious 😋. Overall, I would have given them an A+. However, I requested a towel from the cashier to clean the dirty chair and table. She provided what I requested 😆 🤣 😂. Nevertheless, it would have been more appropriate for her to have someone wipe it down.“

“I decided to stop in & get a couple of subs today for my sister & I for lunch one hot & one cold & must tell you that we are beyond satisfied 😋 This was a complete 180 from the time I ordered online last year & was very disappointed with what I received a small portion of tuna salad and not having all the ingredients either. I called to speak to a manager but she had left for the day already & explained what happened I called multiple times & after a week later I finally got ahold of her & she gave me attitude & was very rude & asked me if I had my receipt & if I ate the sandwich 😳 She wasn’t wanting to give me a refund but told her that her other manager already told me that they would & finally said she would put the credit back on my card which I received the next day. “I had a bad experience at Runza on 5/4/26, where I was charged for 2 meals, but only purchased 1 meal. Initially, I was told, by whomever answered the phone, claiming to be a manager, there was nothing he could do for me since I didn't report it the same day and I swore I would never eat there again. My friend/coworker went to Runza this afternoon and Jason, the manager asked if she was the one who was overcharged. I had just told her about the incident, so she was able to tell him it was me. He said he had been trying to reach me. She came back with his phone number and I called. Jason was so nice and apologized for the inconvenience and for whomever I spoke to. We even figured out what happened. Runza is now back in my good graces, and I will continue to eat there. Jason was absolutely AWESOME and determined to make things right with me and I appreciate the lengths he was willing to go to, to make it right. There should be more managers like Jason.“

“I visited runs on a day when they were running a special promotion and they were very busy. I went through the drive-thru and I was amazed at how quickly the line was working. Their food was fresh as usual. It appears to almost be made to order which is unusual for a fast food restaurant. The staff was great and the place was very clean“

“I was in a pickle today with my catering order being canceled without prior knowledge. I walked in to Potbelly and was greeted with kindness by Zane. I shared my predicament with another sandwich location and how I was in urgent need of 15 sandwiches. Zane, Jesse, Betty & Ian took care of me right away. They procured 2 sandwich boxes in under 20 minutes. I was able to make my meeting and take care of my customers without missing a beat. The team at Potbelly really went above and beyond. I greatly appreciate them and will certainly be back!!“

“When I want a change from burgers and fries or TexMex I go to Runza. The fries are amazing, the perfect mix of crisp outside and chewy inside with just the right balance of flavor. The sandwich is satisfying and filling with a perfect blend of texture and flavors. I recommend trying Runza if you haven't eaten there before. It's a delicious break from the usual.“

“The burger patty is a nice thickness. Always fresh. Runza's are always fresh. I have never had a bad meal at a Runza restaurant. We went thru the drive thru at lunchtime, so there were about 5 cars ahead of us, but it was worth the wait.“

“I gotta share about the best service we got at Freddy's tonight on 3465 N. 168th Ct. We stopped in there to eat dinner and was greeted by a kid name Chard, he had a the biggest smile on his face, so polite, and honestly seemed happy he work's there. He never stopped working while we were there eating, he was cleaning tables sweeping, and greeted everyone that came in with a smile and was just happy to see us. The place was spotless, who ever was cooking did a great job, and the kitchen was spotless. I highly recommend this place not just for the food, but the customer service was excellent. Looking for a place for a quick meal go check them out. My cheeseburger and onion rings were delicious, fresh and hot. Thanks to the staff at Freddy's especially Chard!! “Chick-fil-A has always provided exceptional customer service, but today they reminded me why they stand out.

I brought my nephew, who is on the autism spectrum, and when we arrived our hearts sank after seeing the height restriction for the playground. We completely understood why the rule exists, but I decided to speak with the manager. After a short, friendly conversation, they showed us incredible kindness and compassion by allowing my nephew to play.

That simple act meant more than they probably realize. In the past, we’ve encountered so many places that were unwilling to listen or show any understanding of our situation. To be met with empathy instead of judgment felt like a warm embrace.

Thank you to the manager and the entire team for treating us with such kindness and respect. Great food is easy to find, but genuine compassion is much harder to come by. We’ll absolutely be back, and I’ll gladly recommend this location to others.“
