my wife ordered a sandwich that supposed be toasted and was supposed to get a cookie. I get home and give the sandwich to my wife. she immediately tells me that the sandwich was not toasted and there was no cookie. upon further investigation by me there was a very light toasting. not enough to make a difference. so I go back to the store. 8:53 pm open light already off and lights in store off. go inside and talk to person at counter he said there was nothing he could do...read full review
I went there for my free Birthday sandwich and even got a free drink! I purchased baked potato soup as well. I really enjoyed my lunch. Everything was wonderful. Thank you Firehouse Subs!
Fire the manager and actually hire someone who knows about customer service. Poorly run and rude behavior. Since when does firehouse bot have New York Steamers or Beef Briskets?
