“There was no line at Drive thru. We ordered reg coffee & iced mocha. At the window, I asked for cream & sugar, they had added it to my coffee cup & didn't ask how much....I had to adjust it when I got home. Coffee is a good flavor, but I would like to add my extras to adjust the way I like it. Mocha chocolate syrup is not the best quality flavor. Asked about their sign for veg-edibles, and she didn't know much about them. Another gal chimed in on a little bit of info, but they only had a cookie available. Will have to try it next time with a good coffee ☕️ ?“

“I LOVE this Starbucks! This location happens to be the closest to where I live, but I will generally go out of my way to visit this store even if I'm on a different side of town. Whoever is managing this team is doing an excellent job. I mostly use the drive-thru, but inside is wonderful and has a great look and feel. It's a really nice spot to relax in the afternoon. The biggest reason I'm writing a review is because the baristas here are fire!!! They all talk to me like we're old friends, and they are super helpful, fun, and always remind me of any deals going on/if I've got enough stars for a free item! Special shout outs to Jae, Alexis, and Kiwi. Jae brightens my day every time we see each other - what a sweetheart and such great energy <3. Alexis is so helpful and is always smiling :). Kiwi is hilarious and never fails to make me laugh!!!

“This is the absolute BEST Starbucks I've been to. Everybody here is so warm and welcoming, the food and drinks are absolute perfection. My good friend Pam from NASA was in town and is rarely impressed with any kind of establishment because "NASA just does it better"....but upon her first sip of her Gingerbread latte (hot of course), her ice cold bougie heart melted. She even had so many things to say about the manager, Derek, who made sure she felt welcome. Can we just take a minute and appreciate and admire that handsome fella Derek for a moment?! Best ever!“

“I tried this place looking for a different breakfast idea. The fruit jams are delicious. Amazing prices!! I personally didn't like the breakfast sausage egg and cheese texture but I loved the pillowy soft dough! I will be back again to try the chicken and pizza. I will say I would buy the sausage egg and cheese again for my pup. She loved it!! The lady at the window was friendly with confidence. I asked if I pronounced Kolache correctly and she said yes :). Thank you for sharing this culture food.

“I love the atmosphere of the Gretna Stories location. Their fall latte is ny favorite drink. I've had the pretzel before and it's delicious. Their french toast kids meal is perfect for my 5 year old and served with fairlife chocolate milk too!

The last two times I went though, the baked goods were very disappointing. A blueberry muffin had a few blueberries and just not much flavor. The apple cinnamon scone today was hard to even bite into. The date on the container was from 2 days ago. I wouldn't have spent money on it if I knew it wasn't fresh.“

“This is definitely my favorite Scooters location! I have been to quite a few in the Omaha/Millard area but this one impresses me most! I order from here about 3 or 4 times a week because I work at the mall. Melanie is so friendly and always greets me with a smile and does so well at remembering people's names! Everyone that works there is very nice. It's clean and the drinks are consistent and delicious! They always help me to pick out what I might want that day by offering suggestions that I appreciate so much!“

“Update: I originally came through and gave a very poor review. However, communication with Scooter's staff was excellent. They replied to my concerns including training staff regarding the warmer trays. This excellent communication gave me reason to return to their establishment. On our return, Stephanie was very, very courteous and apologetic. This time my wife and I enjoyed our drinks. Thus, I am revising my review from a 1-star to a 5-star. I appreciate the communication and the feedback.

Original review: Ordered a large latte and large breve today then hopped back on I80. I was given a large coffee that was very bitter and my wife basically had a coffee and cream. Not to mention we observed the staff putting sandwiches in the warmer on trays that were very dirty with baked cheese, etc. Super glad I didn’t order anything to eat.“
