“Had to hit up Freddy's while visiting Omaha recently - my boyfriend insisted that I try it. It was delish! Made hot and fresh. I had a double burger, onion rings, and good old-fashioned vanilla ice cream with hot Carmel sauce! Everything was hot, tasty, and satisfying! But the older woman who took our order was so friendly and joyful. She provided great service and the young people working together there were so happy and chatty. A pleasure!“

“Runza is a fast food restaurant in a class all it's own! Their food is far better than any other fast food place, as it's made fresh to order. Their burgers are thick and the classic Runza's are absolutely delicious and cannot be found anywhere else! This is a great place to go if you're looking for fast food minus the crap food. “When I was walking in an employee was just leaving and another employee who was taking out the trash told her bye and to have a great day.

Upon entering, everyone was in a great mood, all smiles and very helpful.

When I left I asked if I could leave them a tip, she said it's not their policy but if I could, fill out a survey.

The building is still in the old shape, which is very to look at. I enjoy the shape. The insides though are changed to the regular new normal. However the glass windows looking into the low ceiling areas are still prevalent.

While I didn't like the sandwich too much as it lacked a little in the meat taste department, the onion rings were fried good. I also enjoyed my icecream and drink.

We fell back on to runza after planning on going to a pizza place. It was a good idea.

“I eat here quite often and I would say most of the time I am satisfied or even happy with the food and the service. If you're ever served by Eugenia, then I'm sure she brought a little joy to your day. Most of the time the food is good and they don't often mess up your order or forget things you asked for. I like the pot-roast sandwich and the patty melt on sourdough. I do wish they would cook the fries a bit longer as they are not crispy.“

“My husband went tonight to pick up a sandwich for us to share. Everything he asked for was done 100% correct. We’ve been going to different Little Kings since 1976 when I started to go to the one in 50th and L st next to K Mart. Well tonight was the first time my husband came home from picking up food and was so excited in what a GREAT experience he had. He said ALL THE EMPLOYEES were so nice and he had a great time with them. So many times people forget to give kudos and would rather complain. Not us. These Emoloyees need to be praised. I explained to the staff and they immediately sprung into action to get my car moved out of the way as it was obstructing the drive. When Aymila noticed it was ordered at the other store she happily remade my order at her store and I called the other to cancel Aymila weas very pleasant and wonderful to work with. “The wait was a little longer than we had anticipated. For the length of wait, we expected the food to be hot. It was not. The Coney Island QtrLb Hotdog was a real disappointment it should have been advertised as a footlong Chili dog. It was cold and sloppy. The Chicken Club was sub-par. My son likes the fries and the blue raspberry slushie ALOT. Overall, the staff did their best in serving and follow up ranch service. Not the level of food quality that I remember.“

“Went through Drive thru yesterday my opinion drive thrus are horrible at times you have to repeat your order alot I am assuming it's the connection or its old but the microphones at times are first then the menu you have to pull up to see and then your past the microphone and they're are cars behind so you have to shout then. Then the person doesn't hear maybe your voice is soft then you raise your voice the person working probably thinking this person is rude we are not. Ordered a cone and Peanut butter Concrete . “I stopped in for lunch today and had a mixed experience. When I walked in, I was greeted right away, which I appreciated. I went up to the register to order, but no one ever came over to help. It was clearly the lunch rush, so it seemed like the team may have been a bit understaffed.

After waiting for a bit, I ended up just taking a seat and placing my order through the app at 11:29 AM. My sandwich was ready at 11:40 AM, and it was great as always. The food quality was exactly what I expect from Jimmy John’s.

Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but it would have been nice to be able to order at the counter instead of having to switch to the app. Hopefully it was just a busy moment and not the usual experience.“
