“We ordered ice cream last night on DoorDash from this location and it was delicious. You can tell the difference between the fresh ice cream and the ice cream bought in the store. The plush cow and bracelet is for my toddler. We love our little souvenirs. Our plush cow is special needs but he has character and it just makes him extra special. We will take good care of him.“

“Food is great. But, I had another experience, that I want talk about - I was there recently and apparently dropped some money on the floor as I was leaving. To me - it was a substantial amount. Another customer found it and turned the whole amount in to staff. We called the next day and told the staff what happened and the exact amount. They had been holding it for us. Staff was kind and great when we went back. So - not only do they have great food - but their customers and staff rae top-notch - kind, fair and charitable.“

“My wife and I revisited last night after a few years. We had a fantastic experience. Clearly, a very well run and service oriented restaurant. The greeters at the reception desk were all very pleasant. The owner Marcus happened to be there and seated us. He also checked in on us during our meal. Very positive experience where he clearly cared about us and our experience. Our server, Daucey was exceptional. Very personable, attentive and pleasant. We're definitely going back and bringing friends.“

“My son took me here for my Birthday last night. The food was far better than I was expecting. We both had the Prime Rib and it was tender, melt in your mouth goodness. The service was excellent, and the Line dance, by the staff, in the aisle was a great addition. I have eaten in a lot of steak houses in the Southwest and this ranks with the best. Peter, the owner, generously donated his space and welcomed his patrons to support a fundraiser for my Boston Marathon team with the Dana-Farber Marathon Challenge. “I came to this location delivering a doordash order. I spoke to the cashier while I was waiting for the food and told him how much my stepdaughter loved the food here and I had never tried the sauce and wanted to try it. He was nice enough to let me try some of the sauce and it was spectacular! I will be a loyal customer I've already come back once since then just because of the customer service! The amazing sauce and chicken are a bonus on top of the great people that work here. I just wanted to give some recognition to the young man that was working that day because he really knows what it means to go above and beyond for the brand. And your food is so so good“

“Came to Thirsty Moose Taphouse to kick off my graduation week/weekend! Had 2 types of beer, poutine, and fish and chips. Abigail was a great server and this place gets a very big "thumbs up" from me!“

“A very chic Olive garden. The food there always leaves me very satisfied. All the food was hot and not an inkling of food poisoning which says alot since the one in the methuen always does it for me and my partner. So this automatically bumps it up to a perfect score for an olive garden.
As a side note, my partner has a shellfish allergy and ordered a dish that originally contained shrimp, requesting that it be removed. Unfortunately, the dish was served with shrimp still on it. However, the staff promptly corrected the mistake and, to their credit, removed the dish from the bill entirely. That level of attentiveness and accountability is excellent customer service, especially considering that many other establishments might not have gone the extra mile to make things right.“
