“Our nav was searching for the Starbucks but flew up it's, well, it didn't get us there. Fortunately, Aroma Joe's was across the street from the mythical Starbucks location.

We ordered a white chocolate mocha and chairs tea latte, and they were terrific. The service was friendly and stellar. Enjoy.“

“Wow. What a find Lil’s Cafe was! Our family stopped in Kittery for the night while heading to Acadia. I love finding unique coffee spots and Lil’s was so much more than I expected! Seeing the pastries and hearing all the recommendations from the locals, we knew we had to get more than coffee. The crullers and almond croissant were out of this world! Melt in your mouth deliciousness. I’m looking forward to another visit to Kittery just to go to Lil’s. 😊“

“I went to Pink Hippo Cafe for the first time yesterday. I wasn't sure what to order but the batista helped me decide. she asked me to taste it before I paid for it to make sure it was right. when I tell you her customer service skills are off the charts, I mean 20 out 10, highly recommend!!! Good customer service is rare nowadays. I wish I lived closer, I would go everyday! She was kind, friendly and helpful.“

The coffee was outstanding and the breakfast sandwiches were amazing gooey goodness! Unexpected was the delightfully curated gift shop. “Until I moved here never heard of Aroma Joe's learned they are plentiful in Maine and their products are great but its their staff that makes it. Those folks are amazing and if you have never experienced the making of specialty drinks it is an art that requires patience and attention to detail in a fairly speedy manner and the young lady that waited on me is the perfect person for the job. She was EXCEPTIONAL. I will update this post to reflect her name she deserves a million 5 star reviews.“

“Update - 8:00PM March 8, gave the location another try and had a much better experience. The woman working was friendly and, though there was still a couple minute wait at the window (she looked to be in the middle of something), my coffee and sandwich came out right away. I drove away with a smile.Old - 8:00PM March 7, two brightly lit neon signs that say “Open,” the radio playing music inside, but here I am sitting at the drive through window for over 5 minutes and didn’t even see movement inside. No other customers as far as I could tell. Left without ordering.“

“This restaurant came highly recommended. So on the way home on our last day of vacation we decided to treat ourselves with a nice sitdown dinner. The place was practically empty so we're figuring everything is going to be great! Food came cold and my beer was warm. The server did remedy the situation but how hard is it to make sure food is hot when you have a nearly empty restaurant? I'm going to chalk this up as an off day. “Went on Sunday. Was a bit nervous because of the varied reviews however, we are so glad we tried it. The iced tea was fresh and strong, my pancakes were big and fluffy loaded with blueberries. The staff was attentive but they do seem a little frazzled. The restaurant is clean and spacious and again the food was great.“

Service was good ? and friendly. One young woman smiled and wished me good morning ? as I walked in. A young man offered me help on deciding what to order and figured out how to work an unusual gift card I had. There was no actual plastic card. The entire packaging was the gift ? card.
WiFi and indoor/ outdoor seating available. The drive thru and online pickup ? counter are very busy!
If you like Starbucks, then I recommend this one.
