“Really cute place with plenty of clean tables. Staff is nice and friendly and even brought my bagel over to me. A little expensive, I had an everything cheese egg and chorizo for $9. The chorizo is extra cost but very good, adds a nice zing and crisp to it. The everything bagel is also very flavorful. Best bagel I’ve had in Bayonne.“

“wonder bagels franchise has been my go-to for over a decade— i’ve tried plenty other spots but they’ve never convinced me to change my loyalty. Bagels are slightly larger than the average competitor, nice crunch on the outside and soft inside. Tastes even better after an overnight freeze + air-fryer/oven time.“

“We went directly here after eating at the Cafe because I had my heart set on an onion bagel, and possibly a garlic bagel. The Cafe didn't have either option but I needed them in my life. So we walked over right after. Super cute small spot. Beautiful smoked fish in the cases, amazing cream cheese options. This was hot and doughy and simply delicious. I ended up ordering an everything bagel with salmon and cream cheese. This was easily one of the best bagels I have ever eaten. “Utopia Bagels is definitely one of the best bagel places in New York, and after my visit, I can understand why it's so highly rated.

The bagels were fresh, delicious, and lived up to the hype. But what impressed me even more was the staff. They were always smiling, friendly, and more than happy to help, especially for first-time customers who weren't familiar with the menu. They patiently explained the different options without making us feel rushed.

To be honest, this kind of genuine customer service is becoming harder to find, especially in a busy metropolitan city like New York. It really made the whole experience even better.

Kudos to the entire team for not only serving great bagels but also making customers feel genuinely welcome. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in New York. 🥯👏“

Didn’t try anything else on the menu. We went here twice during our stay in Manhattan. Friendly service especially whoever was there the first time, didn’t catch a name. Apollo Bagels is often recommended as one of the best places for bagels in New York, so we had to check it out.

We ordered the smoked salmon everything bagel, and it was absolutely delicious.

The bagel is made with sourdough, which makes it slightly less chewy than a traditional bagel, but I really liked the flavor and seasoning. It also looked beautiful—just as good visually as it tasted. It is served like an open face sandwich.

I do wish they had been a bit more generous with the smoked salmon.

That said, Apollo Bagels is definitely worth a visit. You’re very likely to enjoy it.“

“I live down the street and Bagel Bob is my go to bagel spot in the area. The team is efficient, friendly, and overall lovely! The bagels are great and the coffee is too.

In addition to a multitude of bagel flavors, they have Hazelnut and French vanilla iced coffee flavors too. Love supporting local!

“I stopped in on a whim because I was in the neighborhood. I got 4 bagels for the family and the veggie cream cheese. Fresh, excellent top-tier bagels! Black Russian and Egg! Plain! All delicious. We're all lucky in NJ that most bagels we can get are at least okay, but these were a cut above! And the cream cheese was delicious and fresh - vegetables still had a little crunch!

Also, I appreciate that they discourage people coming in and just buying up all the bagels. In the 5 minutes I was in there, lots of people popped in, clearly regulars, for their breakfast. It definitely felt like a go-to place in the community and they make sure they can be open to serve as many as possible. That's cool. I look forward to returning!“

“Visiting the area and walked to court street bag. Did a pick up order. It was ready when I arrived and not soggy by the time I got back to my hotel. I am picky about my lox bagels and this exceeded any expectations!

The salmon was smoked to perfection. No fishy taste left. The jalapeño cream cheese had a spicy kick, which I appreciated. Will be returning if I find myself in the area again!“

The shop had a nice local neighborhood feel with a huge selection of fresh bagels, spreads, breakfast options, sandwiches, and coffee. I went with the onion bagel with jalapeño cream cheese, and it was perfect. The bagel was fresh, soft on the inside with a nice chewy texture, and the onion flavor really stood out. The jalapeño cream cheese added just the right amount of spice and creaminess without overpowering the bagel.

The hype is very much understandable in my opinion- got an everything bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon. the bagel itself was crispy from the outside, perfect balance with everything on top, and the drizzle of oil definitely improved it even more. 4/5 because it was a tad expensive in my opinion (20$ with the coffee) and there is not really anywhere to sit comfortably- but there’s a cute park nearby, so I’d recommend to just take your food there and enjoy :) would def come back!“

“We come here every time we’re in NY to eat breakfast. Then come back to get a couple dozen to take home. My fiancé is from Long Island born and raised but we always drive to Brooklyn because the food and service are that good! Cool neighborhood as well.“

I love their customer service, they answer their phone, and they answer my questions on Facebook. I will be using them again, and again. I love everything about them so far. My boyfriend is the bagel eater, and I ordered 2 dozen for him. The flavors we got were Everything, Sesame, Cinnamon Raisin, and Blueberry. He is in love with their blueberry bagels.
