Vegetarian options: I’m TRYING to be vegetarian (commitment) however my family eats meat. If you don’t eat fish or chicken or meat overall half of the menu is meat however they have fries and rice and cheese sticks + more if you’re interested in supporting the business as a vegetarian.“

“Friday afternoon we stopped by and I had the mist delicious chocolate martini ever . Diane was the bartender and she made it perfectly. We then had dinner , my hubby had the outlaw and was cooked exactly as he ordered it and I had the petite filet mignon. Perfect . Out waitress was outstanding . My final loyal decision was always concluded to come because of the oysters clams and free drinks and fruits like to cherry on top“

“BK location is more pleasant than KTown Manhattan. Clean tables and fries to order. Had delicious boneless tenders in honey garlic sauce and the order came quickly and the skin was crunchy and light. I’d definitely prefer this location to Manhattan because the food is made to order vs KTown had pre-made takeaway.

Plus if you want to listen to non-stop kpop while watching Brooklyn foot traffic from the window, this spot is for you.

“The food was delicious and the portions were generous. We ordered the chicken with beef/pork ribs family combo and it fed 5 of us with plenty of food left over. We did prefer the pork ribs over the beef ribs but everything was delicious. The French fries were crispy and the rice was nicely seasoned. The staff was super friendly. They offered us extra sauce and utensils and were willing to help my husband take the tray and drinks to the car.“

“McWhorter BBQ is a low key Portuguese bbq spot in the middle of Ironbound. The pork ribs are great the charcoal and saltiness was perfect and the fries were really good. You can’t beat the prices for this area. The service was great and my experience was good but I have one complaint and that is the rice it tasted fishy almost like it was boiled in the same pot as they would boil seafood. If you order fries get a salad or beans on the side and not the rice.“
