“The cauliflower nachos were great except for the pineapple salsa. The pineapple salsa was in the tiny clear cup. It was so small that it barely went on four nachos. And there were some amazing cauliflower nachos! Maybe add a bit more salsas to bigger cups. Thanks! 😊“

“This place is an old favorite that I haven't written a review for, but I don't want Lobo to think I'm taking it for granted. The staff is friendly and attentive. They keep your drinks refilled and refresh your chips and salsa (the chips are really damn good!) I love their chicken fajita tacos. I haven't had a bad meal here. Highly recommended. If you have small kids, you can get there early and they'll take good care of you. The food comes out fast and the upstairs booths are sturdy and strong, so you don't have to worry about kids knocking stuff over. You might find this comment odd if you don't have children, but it's true.“

“I went in wanting to hate on the place, being that it looks so new and bougie. I thought it was an Americanized place with high prices…. I had the fish taco, birria taco, esquites and birria soup (consome) with a tamarind water. I spent around $35 bucks - and after eating, I was sad to admit I LOVED everything about this restaurant. The tacos came out and the tortillas smelled like a tortilleria in Cuernavaca Mexico. Freshly made and I would assume made in house. I complimented the staff, tipped accordingly and brought my girl in to try it shortly after my first visit - & she agrees! (Ps:we’re both Mexican) sooo lo and behold we have our new favorite Mexican spot in the neighborhood. You have to try it! I’ve only gone in person, never delivery- love the freshness! Actually writing this review while heading in for another round.

“From the moment we walked past this place, we could SMELL how special it was… the alluring aroma was hard to stay away from. On a whim, we walked in and were warmly greeted by staff and invited to sit quite promptly despite being so busy. First impression: great!

Service was excellent, and ambiance was very warm. But the food… the food was the star of this place. If you ever pass by this place, PLEASE do yourselves the favor and try the banana oatmeal. It is a perfect treat to end your meal as a pseudo dessert. Anything from this menu will tantalize your tastebuds in a way that will keep you coming back for more.

The tacos were packed with flavor and super fresh, and the soup was comforting and well-seasoned. But the real standout was the burrito bowl — hearty, delicious, and full of bold flavors. They’re open until 2 am so if you got the munchies and want some pupusas or tacos or a drink this is a good place to go or order out from. The pupusas are amazing and they got masa de arroz, which I personally like way more than maíz. If it’s just pupusas you can eat with like 10 bucks. The drinks do add up. Give them a try !“

“Last night I took my wife and three children here for a bite to eat. We were greeted upon entering which is always nice to be acknowledged as a patron. The two men behind the counter were preparing orders already but they were quick. We were ordering withing two minutes. Christian and Rafael were their names. They were so attentive and efficient we had our food within minutes. We sat down and started eating and the food was out of this world. Then they brought out churros on the house that the kids loved. They were so kind. You don't see that a lot anymore. Especially in fast food places. The place was spotless. Very clean and welcoming. In the summer, the air is on full blast. In winter, the heat is barely turned up, if it’s even on! Yes the prices have gone up but so have the prices of materials for restaurants, I’m certain they’re increases are necessary for them to just, function and pay their employees. Regardless of that, I will keep returning. My only gripe is with the tortilla soup, that one is really really expensive for the amount that you get.
