“Love their fried chicken and their fries. This place gets busy, so if you don’t like waiting order ahead for pick up. They have a big menu. Their cheeseburgers are delicious, the rice platters are just good, I have had better. The hot wings were more salty than hot.

They have a few tables and chairs if you want to sit and eat there. The place is clean and the service is great.“

“Probably one of the best, if not THE BEST, Lahori /Pakistani restaurants in the US. The street food style menu is such a unique and authentic experience.

We tried the paratha rolls which were perfectly spiced, wrapped in flaky paratha with amazing chutneys and the crispy chicken sandwiches that were huge, juicy, and packed with desi inspired flavors. The gappa chaat was a showstopper too, tangy, spicy, fresh, and beautifully presented.

The place has such a cool, authentic vibe with vibrant murals and a welcoming atmosphere. Even the washrooms were extremely nice and well kept (wish I had taken a picture to show that)

If you’re craving real Lahori street food vibes in the US, this spot is a must visit. Generous portions, fresh ingredients, friendly staff, and flavors that hit home.“

“Great food, all tasted fresh and didn't disappoint..we ordered the dinner for 2 that included 4 choices of cold starters and calamari that melts in your mouth and the salad was so good and the mix kebab and koftas over rice was good too..will definitely recommend and we shall be back! 😋“

“I tried the mix platter and it was 10/10. The flavor was incredible, easily one of the best I’ve had in years. The portions are huge, and the prices are very reasonable. There is plenty of seating, so it’s a comfortable place to sit and eat if you’re dining in. I’m glad I gave this spot a try and will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.“

I got the original chicken with rice platters and one chicken mix gyro wrap. Excellent and momma is really hard to please. We’re transplants from NYC and with NYC being at the top of the dining out / take home capital it is tough for many States and counties to compete with the flavor and cooking styles easily found in NYC just around every corner.

OMGRYRO easily hits all the marks with the exception of the Jerk Chicken. Jerk Chicken flavor profile is no bueno in my humble opinion and that is because it doesn’t come close to tasting like jerk seasoning and can’t compare to true jerk style flavor.

Everything else is we ordered and devoured tasted great, high on flavor with decent portion sizes.

Hope they put the Jerk Season flavor to the chicken NYC style.“

“I’m visiting NJ (lived here for a long time) and wanted to eat some of my favorite foods. I ordered dinner from port of peri peri and it was perfectly cooked but missing my fries. I let that be known to the restaurant and received a small refund. Next night, I ordered dinner again and I received a large order of fries on the house as well as a discount card for 5% for dine in orders valid for one more week. Amazing customer service. If I were in NJ longer, I would surely order again! The food is absolutely delicious 😋“

“Westside Shawarma is back with a vengeance. Never have I seen so much demand for a small food spot. Literal posts on the internet asking about this place. I was excited to see the G.O.A.T return, and more so with a proper shop. I got so excited, I ordered two chicken platters and only managed to finish one. I’ve been living in the U.S. for 16 years, and the thing I’ve missed and loved the most is lahmacun. After trying it at PIDDE, I’ve never had lahmacun anywhere else again. At other places I’ve tried over the years, I always experienced heartburn afterward — but never at PIDDE.

“I ordered Chicken Biryani and Chicken Kabab through Uber Eats. After I ordered , I realized that I forgot to order Nan. So I called the restaurant and ask them that what can I do now. The person(probably the owner) replied , I will add Nan and whenever you visit, give me 2 Dollars. That was really a nice gesture which I will remember and must appreciate(along with the debt on me).

“Humble seems to be the best word to summarize this restaurant. The men who run it seem to have a great rapport with their customers; they’ve been there for 20+ years and it shows. They were kind and accomodating. The food was plated carefully and was pretty taste. My only complaints were putting margarine on my pancakes without asking and the tiny plastic utensils, which left my hands covered in syrup. However both of those go to the restaurant being unpretentious. There’s no atmoshere to speak of but it was clean. I’d eat here again but probably wouldn’t go out of my way.“

“Had a quaint dinner party with 29 people and it was phenomenal, from the service to the food. My advice, if you want to walk around, dance and take pictures comfortably, definitely no more than 20 people in the patio area. That’s just my humble review, you do you! Food is a tad spicy, but nothing extraordinary, the spice level is fine for casual spice tolerance individuals like myself. All around great place to dine. “This place is a gem!! a must eat!! We found it through Uber Eats and ordered 1x. It was so good. The portions were amazing. Portions are like something grandma would serve her hungry kids. We visited and now I frequent it almost daily! Homefries platter is not for the faint of heart. You've got to have a hearty appetite or share it out. Grits platter...well...something of a southern treasure! Beef bacon egg and cheese sandwich is always a perfect on the run, goodie! We tried the shrimp over rice and that was nice. Chicken over rice was even better as it had a slight kick to it. And again, no matter what you order, bring a healthy appetite cause you're gonna need it and a long nap, after! These guys are amazing!! Truly! They're sweet! They're efficient! They can throw down on that gril!! Yummmmm Oh...and if you've never had it, their lemon ginger drink is amazeballs!! This place really is a gem in the middle of a jungle 😆 Visit them and be kind! Far too many ppl are not kind or feel entitled to speak to them ill mannered. Please don't!
