“I went to Pops Bagel Shop this morning to grab breakfast. I had such a nice conversation with the owner. It was one of those genuine conversations that make you feel good about everything! What a great way to start the day. Remember to always do the best you can with what you have and be kind to whomever you can whenever you can. “Hot chocolate was good ham and Swiss croissant was delicious. The jelly doughnut was a little stale not very fresh. The girl was working alone and forgot about my sandwich. I had to wait a little longer. They need to have two people there to work. I was a little bit disappointed about the jelly doughnut to be honest I expected it to be more.“

“My girlfriend, all of our friends, and myself included all come to this Starbucks for our drinks not only because it's convenient but because the service is top notch. EVERY employee I've met here (namely Joe Eva and Kathy today for their exceptional service) has always taken care of us to the best of their ability. I often come here to get drinks for others and and on occasion myself and there has never been a time that I have been upset with their service, and if I do have any problems they solve it instantaneously. On the app, it states that the shaken espresso has three shots of espresso, but the girl at the store informed me that it only has two. I believe that is incorrect. Two shots of espresso with a cup of oak milk is not good. However, three shots in a cup of oak milk is very good. (size is a grande)

I went in this morning placed my order, and the conversations the staff was having was about the movement. My coffee isn’t what I ordered, they have minimal customer interaction and it appears there is no manager running the store. I hope the owners read these comments and work on Customer Service. “My favorite place to stop at on the lake for an ice-cream. We usually paddle up to the docks on our SUPs (stand up paddleboard). Grab a cone of real (Jefferson Dairy I believe) ice-cream and then back on the lack for some awesome paddling.
Highly recommended for a quick bite, all kinds of tchotchkes, signs, toys, games and a bunch of other stuff that I believe are locally made. It's a must visit, especially for those that want to revisit simpler times.“
