“Came here on a rainy day and it was a perfect spot to stop in. Super cozy atmosphere and helpful staff. Kendra made sure our coffee was tailor made and delicious. I had the matcha and it was comforting, slightly sweet, and earthy. The family had a lovely time sitting and enjoying the evening here.“

“Hot chocolate was good ham and Swiss croissant was delicious. The jelly doughnut was a little stale not very fresh. The girl was working alone and forgot about my sandwich. I had to wait a little longer. They need to have two people there to work. I was a little bit disappointed about the jelly doughnut to be honest I expected it to be more.“

“I went to Pops Bagel Shop this morning to grab breakfast. I had such a nice conversation with the owner. It was one of those genuine conversations that make you feel good about everything! What a great way to start the day. Remember to always do the best you can with what you have and be kind to whomever you can whenever you can. “My favorite place to stop at on the lake for an ice-cream. We usually paddle up to the docks on our SUPs (stand up paddleboard). Grab a cone of real (Jefferson Dairy I believe) ice-cream and then back on the lack for some awesome paddling.
Highly recommended for a quick bite, all kinds of tchotchkes, signs, toys, games and a bunch of other stuff that I believe are locally made. It's a must visit, especially for those that want to revisit simpler times.“
