“This food here is REALLY GOOD! And some of the dishes are recipes from the owner's grandmother. The vibe was warm, upscale (but not sterile or arrogant) & the more seasoned staff were very amicable.

Some of the staff were fairly new to the restaurant & there were initally some confusion about reasonable accomodations. But the owner was open to receiving education on the matter and made it her personal agenda to ensure the disabled people and service animal in our group were provided with accessibilty. Our servers were delightful & my family truly enjoyed both our meals and our interactions after getting passed the initial hiccups.“

“Ordered falafel platter with a side of rice. Falafel platter was fantastic and the falafels were made fresh to order. They have large portions and everything tasted very fresh and high quality. Staff at the counter are very friendly and helpful too! Counter-serve and standing room only.“

“The Turkish food here is of high quality. We had the mixed platter of cold appetizers and the mixed meat entree. So yummy! The host and waiters were very welcoming and efficient. When they made a mistake and forgot a side we ordered, they still brought it late and did not charge us. Then they brought us tea and baklava on the house. They want you to leave happy. The sign of a well-run business. We’ll be back for sure.“

“My family and I came to the restaurant for the first time, and the service was fantastic, and the food was amazing! They sure made us feel so welcome! We didn't know what to order, and the manager explained the whole menu and helped us pick, everything was delicious!“

Everything was good, but in particular, the Lamb chop was delicious and the Lamb Adana and Chicken gyro were out favorites.

“We either ordered the wrong things or it was an off night for this restaurant because our experience was nothing like what other reviewers say. Restaurant was so noisy that we had to shout to our table companions all evening. The imam bayaldi was oversalted and underflavored and pine nuts doled out as if they were diamonds. The shrimp was hard, dry, overcooked, oversalted and flavorless sitting on a bed of gloppy watery tomatoes. Half the lamb kabobs were ok and half were nothing but gristle. Servers were very pleasant, and helpful with wine selection but the wait for our dishes seemed interminable. What was good -- very good --the rice with the lamb kabobs, the rice pudding and the coffee. But too much money for bad (sorry, but that's what it was) food. As I said, maybe we ordered the wrong dishes or maybe it was just an off night.“
