“Excellent food and outstanding staff. Our server was Jen and she couldn’t have been nicer. My nephew, Max Clayton, is performing in White Christmas at the Papermill. We were a group of 10 from NH looking for a place for dinner before the show. Max raved about the food at the Millburn Standard and recommended we go there. The staff was friendly, very accommodating to our large party (we did call for reservations, but they don’t take them) and the food was excellent (get the nachos!) They were just as nice when we came back after the play just to sit and have drinks. I feel like they went out of their way to accommodate us and we are all most appreciative. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“This place was such a great discovery! Beautiful interior and an excellent cocktail selection, both in taste and presentation. The Gin & Jam was fantastic, and the Coconut Espresso Martini is probably one of the best espresso martinis I’ve had.

We ordered the lamb chops, which were cooked to perfection, and the oyster mushroom pasta, both dishes were outstanding. Finished with tiramisu, which was also very good.

Lastly, the staff was incredibly kind and attentive! Definitely a great spot - will be back!“

Our bartender, Francesca was also a vibe & makes the best cosmos I’ve ever had…I definitely recommend the Thai chili wings. They were amazing the crispy chicken tacos also looked good. I would rate the food 10 out of 10 the drinks 10 out of 10 the customer service 10 out of 10. It’s definitely a must if you haven’t come down to the hive, I promise you will not regret. “I had a private event in the Parlor Room and it was fabulous. Food and drinks were spot on and the service was dynamite. There were 21 of us all together and everyone was well cared for by server Lily and the rest of the awesome staff. I really love the unique atmosphere of the place -warm, classy and comfortable all at once. No boring old chain restaurant vibes here. Everyone had a great time. “Caught up with a friend for drinks and dinner...the place is quaint, with a great, lively vibe. We sat at the bar and were greeted by Linda, one of the bartenders. She was absolutely a joy, smiling and chatting while she served us up our drinks, then meticulously prepared the dipping oil for our warm bread. After taking our order, Linda served us two very large portions. I had a pasta dish with rigatoni that was made fresh that day. (The bar is connected to an Italian restaurant, which is a separate business, but they work seamlessly to provide customers in both establishments a terrific dining experience. The live music was fabulous, with a great mix of classic hits performed by very talented musicians. We opted not to get dessert and left with our bellies full and our hearts content. Parking was a little bit of a challenge with it being a Saturday night, but Linda informed us to use the VFW parking lot the next time around. Can't wait to check out Karaoke night on Wednesdays. “The staff was all very nice and attentive. The food was so delicious. The drinks were really good too. I got the roasted duck special of the day. The duck was still crispy even with the sauce on it. The tiramisu was also delicious, but I expected that from calandras. It's a fancier restaurant than I expected it to be, but the food was really really good.“

Our entrees were ok, my husband asked for his steak medium and it was well done. My veggie burger was NOT good. We agreed we would just get different entrees next time we come back. And then we got the pecan pie for dessert and oh my god! Might be the best pecan pie either of us have ever had. Would seriously go back just for the mac and cheese and pecan pie.“

“Just had the best experience with ladyfingers! I had a birthday party for my daughter and they provided a two tier cake and a coffee bar. Lauren was very responsive from start to finish. I was able to pick the flavors and filings for each tier off their long list of options. I didn’t have much time to look for a cake design so just sent over a photo of a cake that I quickly googled. They were able to create it, and even better, they added a customized cake topper with my daughter’s name. They also delivered it to the venue which was very important to me since I didn’t want to deal with picking up a big cake from a bakery and making sure it didn’t get ruined during an already busy day. At the party they provided us with a “coffee bar” serving up a variety of flavored hot and iced coffee & chai. The guests loved this! Many drove from far so a coffee option was exactly what the needed upon arrival. The onsite team was great, arrived early to setup, and went above and beyond by lending me a cake stand and having ice delivered for us when we were unable to get any because it happened to be sold out everywhere near by. Overall great experience and would highly recommend them!“

We were relieved when they announced they were opening up in a much more appropriate and highly upgraded venue. This was perfect timing for us to celebrate our 9 year anniversary here. Upon arriving the inside captures the comfort and style of the Livingston location and then improves upon it with the beautiful outside seating area. Now onto the food which is just as good if not better than the original location im glad to see the quality has remained consistent. My steak was cooked to perfection and my wifes pasta dish was packed with quality flavor. The drink menu was definitely brought to the next level as well everything seemed like it was fine tuned and everything we tried was on point and had its own unique delicious flavor profile. Andy behind the bar was very knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to talk to about the different cocktails. For dessert we shared the tiramisu which was great it wasn't youre traditional kind but we loved the spin they put on it with the cake and ice-cream. Lastly for service Jonathan took amazing care of us and made our special day very memorable along with the rest of the staff. Everyone that came by the table was professional and had a smile on their face. They all seemed happy and took pride in their work which was nice to see. “From the moment we walked in, the service at Dulce Patria was incredible. We were warmly welcomed right away, and the ambience is absolutely beautiful with plenty of great spots for photos. Our server, Natasha, was amazing and took the time to explain all their promotions, including a great happy hour menu. We tried the Tussi Roll, Dominican Power, and Cuban Tempora sushi rolls. Each one was full of flavor, and I was honestly impressed by how good they were. My friend ordered the Bad Bunny drink and the Beso de Coco. She enjoyed both, but the coconut one was her favorite and she definitely recommends it for coconut lovers. Parking isn’t the greatest in the area, but this place is absolutely worth the effort to find a spot. Overall, I had a great experience here and will definitely be coming back with more friends.“
