It was my first visit at New Territories, a Hong Kong inspired ice cream and dessert shop. When I walked in, I was greeted by nuz one of the workers there. Warm welcome & big smile.She was super informative about the menu and so much fun to talk to. Then I met the owner , Pete. Explained to me to story of the store pretty amazing. They are famous for their bubble waffles. Was hot and fresh with along with vanilla ice cream & sprinkles. I had the double lemon float with lemonade and lemon sherbet as well. Store was very clean. There was about 15 flavors of ice cream to choose from. Definitely will be going back. It’s a great family experience and the owner Chona couldn’t be a nicer person. She goes above and beyond for me every time I go in there. I wish every owner had the same energy, respect, and friendliness that Chona has. All the workers are extremely helpful and friendly as well. I strongly suggest to give Kubo a try you won’t be sorry.“

“I stopped by after reading the reviews for the places' sweet treats. I wasn't feeling like having anything sweet, I ordered an iced americano with honey. Although I was skeptical that would be a good combination, it was refreshing on a hot day. The americano has a nice fruity and chocolaty flavor that the honey enhanced with a pleasant light sweetness. The cups they used are also a fun change of pace with yellow lids. The baristas were pleasant with friendly and quick service; they even offered me a soft serve sample with mango and vanilla flavors. If you need something light refreshing on a summer day, you'll be treated by the honey-infused selections.

If I were to come back here, I would try their Yemeni coffee selections and items that more prominently have Yemeni honey. Both items are staples in Yemeni cuisine, so please try it out here.“

I had a Valentine’s event on feb15th which needed to be rescheduled to the 22nd and I canceled the order last minute for 30 boxes of chocolate covered strawberries.
