“Holy crap the sandwich was good it was bursting with flavor and everything in between. The guy helping me gave me 70 free bags of chips and free cookies, of course. My life has been changed forever. The sandwich was so good, for a second I thought my dad returned.“

When I mixed up my order, and realized that I didnt need pickles, they gladly took them off. I will definitely be returning to this place. “Stopped in 90min before closing, around 5pm. First off, everything on the menu sounded really good and my wife were kind of torn... The owner literally immediately engaged us and was like "tell me what you're feelin?" - this gentleman steered us to sandwich paradise ?

We decided to split a large classic Italian sub with a couple changes and ended up with a 12" sub (but I'd bet someone it was more like 14") with ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone. Added lettuce/tom/oil/vinegar/mayo with salt n pepper and some oregano. The cost was $17.05 ($8.50 all in with tax each if splitting) and this bad boy was plenty for the two of us!

They *only* use Boars Head meats/cheeses and let me tell you, it absolutely SHOWED!! High quality ingredients result in a high quality product and this was no exception! It was the absolute best f***ing sandwich either of us have had in a long time! This guy was a true artisan and master of his craft!

Stop in and get an Italian sub and I promise that not only will you not be disappointed but you'll be amazed and enjoy the best sandwich you've had in recent memory!

We plan on going back again real soon to try the Philly cheese steak, get another Italian sub and try the Mac salad which also looked amazing. Will update this review or post another one when we do!

“It had been a little bit since we've been in (life gets in the way sometimes) but as soon as my husband & I walked in the door we were hit with that heavenly Blimpies scent of fresh ingredients that is indicative of Blimpies & Blimpies alone. It just smells like delicious subs. We realized, after speaking to the wonderful owner, that we've been getting the BEST subs in the world at this location for over 40 years! My pick is a "Blimpies Best" (extra oil & vinegar) honestly it was perfect. My husband gets a turkey & provolone which was terrific (he gave me puppy dog eyes & got a huge chunk of mine too)
Eateries come & go but the best stay, this is worthy of place in your rotation.
I should also say that I live in Nutley with quite a few Italian delis & pizzerias so if I'm saying the Italian sub (Blimpies Best) is terrific that's saying a lot.“

“Best Subs anywhere in the State of Jersey. You can’t find a better cheesesteak anywhere. The meat is so fresh & tender. Chicken cutlets also made fresh & delicious. “I would bring a bus group from the Detroit area every year before the pandemic for tours in the New York area.
I would have to order 56 sandwiches with 3 to 4 different choices.
Our bus wouldn't arrive to our hotel until after 8:00 pm
(after your normal business hours)
Upon our arrival, someone would deliver our lunches that evening for the next day.
I have always appreciated the extra mile that they went for our bus group.
The sandwiches were always delicious.

“Everything is good but the owner has to fix the toilet flapped chain. This is the second time in 2 months that I’ve been there and I found the bowl of the toilet dirty because the chain of the toilet’s handle don’t pull nothing. Also, the liquid soap bottle is empty and the paper toilet dispenser is empty.

Honestly, I’m not sure what it is, not sure who is doing what, but everybody who works behind the counter are some of the friendliest people in food service I’ve ever met! I'll never forget the first time some random client at my dad's job offered me jersey Mike's. Years ago, he changed my life.
