“Great little location on the corner of Elm St. for this takeout place. Friendly service, quick orders to go. The food is absolutely made with hard work and lots of love. This was our first visit considering we came all the way from Union. It was definitely worth the 22min drive. We would definitely order from there in the future. Recently did an early mother's day celebration and food as always it was delicious, fresh, and made for a perfect meal. Ordered a bunch of food including soup, steamed dumplings, egg rolls, General Tso's Chicken, Sesame chicken, hot and spicy chicken, pork fried rice, and beef lomein. Despite the large order, food was ready as promised and was 100% correct with no screw ups. Family was happy and it made a great meal. Definitely my 1st choice when it comes to Chinese Food in the Parsippany area.“

I found Panda Wok last week and I can’t say enough about this restaurant. I wouldn’t plan on going there for dinner but their Takeout is great. I picked up my dinner last week and not only was it delicious but it was 3 times what I needed for dinner. This week I tried them for delivery. Having first tried several of the delivery services I found they marked up the prices by over 10% and could not seem to find the MAJOR NATIONAL HOTELi was staying at. So I called the restaurant directly and they said they deliver directly. I ordered, the food was delivered TO MY ROOM, HOT AND DELICIOUS. I’ll never order out from another Chinese Restaurant in this area again. I suggest you try them also.“

I wanted to like it but just poor value since your deliver or pick up order price needs to support the wait staff. No American style Chinese food is healthy for you so stop thinking you’re doing something good by paying someone extra to do less oil, msg, etc. in summary, this is an old school place that gives you the standards for the least amount of money you’ll pay in this zip code. Not something to eat everyday, but when you need your fix for this kind of stuff. I recommend the pork dumplings, fried wings, curry chicken, wonton soup and any fried rice, plus the chow fun and generals chicken. My 3 kids never complain and no one has ever been sick. The food taste very delicious and the broccoli was really fresh and when you get beef and broccoli the beef is not chewy it is soft and has good flavor. Their egg drop soup is also very good. We are so happy they have come back, and we have been there since their opening a couple of times already. The food was always outstanding and still is. The atmosphere is your typical Chinese restaurant attire. With the new paint and fixtures, it makes it appealing. I had the Shimp in Lobster sauce which did not disappoint. It was by far the best I have had in years. Even at some of the top-notch Chinese restaurants, the sauce is usually watery. Mr. Chu's had that perfect consistency you expect in lobster sauce. I thoroughly enjoyed my leftovers the next day. While my family and I do miss their homemade table noodles. When asked, we were told how time consuming they are to make. Once the staff gets to know you, you feel very welcomed. They are very attentive even while the restaurant is packed with patrons. If you want exceptional Chinese food, Mr. Chu's is the place to go.“

We ordered scallion pancakes as a shared appetizer and I had a cup of wonton soup. My entree was chicken Mei fun and my dinner guest had pineapple chicken with brown rice. The portions were ample and all food was prepared and presented well. The scallion pancakes were crispy and not dripping in oil. The wonton soup was tasty and not salty. Overall we had no complaints. Our orders typically include a 'something-and-broccoli' dish, and they always manage to cook the broccoli to perfect tenderness.
