“I recently moved to the area. A friend recommended Librettis and I first tried them for takeout. Excellent. I have had an early dinner twice and recently while coming in, my wife fell and the staff and customers were very concerned and called an ambulance. Fortunaetly she was fine, we still had dinner. I have been in suppliing Restaurants in business for more than 40 years and have been to some of the best Italian Restaurants. Librettis is by far one of the best for food and staff.“

“My wife and I had Sunday lunch here with a dear friend. It was our first time at this establishment, and we were not disappointed. From the moment the valet Alejandro parked our car, to the warm ambience, to the top-notch service provided by David, to the generous portions of absolutely delicious food, to the great bottle of Montepulciano, to the decadent desserts, we had a wonderful experience that just continued to get better and better as the meal progressed. My wife and I remarked several times that if we lived closer to this area, we would be eating here constantly! Highly recommended!“

“Went for my birthday on a Tuesday night. Surprisingly packed for a weekday but I did make a reservation.The enclosed patio is the best. Great place for pictures since there’s lots of lights and greenery. The ambiance was nice and the food was amazing. The cocktails from my knowledge were also a hit- mango mojito was our favorite. The blood moon cocktail was alright. Our server was very friendly and checked on us often. Even brought out a complimentary macaroon for my birthday. A lovely restaurant! Will definitely be returning.“

“Bartender was great and very personable and was a great beginning . Bucatini pasta and oysters were delicious. Scallops were ok and as a chef the veal chop parmesan crusted was definitely a pork chop . I love pork but don't try to fool people, that is not ethical . As i said i'm an italian chef and the bone on the rack was definitely pork !! Not Cool , not sure what else to say but didn't expect this from La Grigila“

“We were for a long time looking again for a good French restaurant, after the change of ownership at the chefs table in Franklin Lakes. Chez Catherine was excellent in every aspect. Food, ambiance and absolut outstanding service. We recommend it to everybody who appreciates French cuisine. The restaurant is small, may be 10 tables, but that's what we like. The menu is great, but only a number of options, which is a guarantee that the dishes are really prepared fresh. The waiter was way more than what you are used too, he knows all about the food, what wine goes with what, at the end I had a half ounce cognac (not cheap) but really a amazingly smooth and tasty. We are already thinking about when to go there next time, even though it's more than an hour drive for us, but absolutely worth it.“

“I stopped in here on the way to the airport during a delay due to the earthquake. I had the bombas, they were the star of the show !!! But they were not hot, luke warm and cold. The pulpio was ok, somone called it the best thing on menu. I hope that is not the case !! The empanadas were too hot lol they took forever to cool down.“

“Amazing food and service. I read the reviews before coming here but they must of been during the first week or month of them opening. They worked out all the kinks and more! Chicken vodka parm and lobster salad were amazing. Sauce was delicious. Lobster salad was fresh and delicious. Hosta are also great!“

“I just had the best experience at Q'tal! Our server was so attentive but also gave us space to talk and catch up. She was so kind and everything she recommended was delicious. I highly recommend the jackfruit croquettes and the sliders which I love that they have vegan options for someone like me. I'm not sure of the name it was a passionfruit cosmo type drink and I didn't even realize it came out with a dry ice bubble. 10/10 for presentation on everything and ambiance. They have a dining area which feels a little more formal ( the chairs were so comfy by the way) and then a bar area with high tops which I think would be great for a girls night. My favorite was blaufrankish, which was not that sweet and bitter, so I ended up getting a bottle. The lobster bisque was delicious and had morsels of lobster in it. My crabcake did not have lump crab meat but still very full of crab with less fillers. It is not a Michelin star restaurant, if that is what you are looking for, but it is a hidden gem in Westfield. The food is always fresh and there is an eclectic feel of the restaurant itself. My wife and I have dined here several times without a complaint and the staff is always friendly. It is our go-to as a last minute option as it seems to be underrated and a reservation is usually not needed. The other plus is that they are open slightly later than other establishments in the area.“
