“I recently visited food street at Secaucus and had an amazing experience. Despite the menu being on smaller side, everything that we tried was delicious.I went with their signature Hangry beef Burger and it did not disappoint. The patty was cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and tender.

“If you want your halal food made quickly and with quality come here. You can get any platter over rice for 10 dollars with a canned soda and fries included. They have a big selection with fair prices and the employees are respectful / hard working. “One of the greatest places in the city! The food is absolutely delicious. It is masterfully prepared and presented. I have had 2 lamb dishes so far and they were exquisite. I paired this with their delicious mint paratha bread. For dessert I had the surprisingly delicate and rich house panna cotta. (Beyond words). “The food was amazing, I ordered the falafel sandwich which was $8 and the chicken over rice which was also $8. Both were well made and the portions were generous. This is a bang for your buck considering how expensive meals are in this area. They even have a green sauce available that they make themselves.

“I was craving some classic New York-style Halal Guys cart food for dinner on a weekday night, and a quick Google search led me to this gem in Hoboken. The reviews were glowing—and after trying it myself, I can say they were absolutely spot on.

There was already a small line (3–4 people) when I got there, which was a good sign. I went for the classic: meat over rice. The beef steak was thinly sliced, perfectly grilled, and packed with smoky, bold flavors. The yellow rice was aromatic and tasty, pairing beautifully with the meat. Another highlight was the freshness of the salad on the side—crisp lettuce, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes—all super fresh and refreshing. Overall, the portion size was huge. I couldn’t even finish it in one sitting.

“This cart is right off the Grand Ave Station so I usually stop by on my way home.

The person working is usually different everytime I go but they are all so kind! And they really pack in what they can into the to-go container. I guess it depends on how much you eat but it usually lasts me 2 meals.

They take both cash and card which is also really convenient.“

1) Chicken Platter - AWESOME !!!! Portion was good and flavor was sooooooo good

2) Philly Cheese Steak - OMG !!!! The hero/sub was sooo good that it is a "must have"

3) Mixed Gyro - ALHUMDULLIAH !!!! The Sandwich / Pita was so packed that it took time to eat and I enjoyed every bite.

4) The Big Ash Chicken - MASHALLAH !!! The taste was sooo good that I wish I had more.

“I’ve gone to this restaurant before under the supervision of the previous owners and I loved it, but now I am blown away! With what the new owners have done with the place I can see this place booming in no time. They have a large vegan selection which is perfect for my family and I, and it’s actually great tasting vegan food which is rare to find. I tried the meatless shawarma in the Grape Leaf Bowl and wow… it is incredible. The presentation was very nice and the flavor is amazing. 10/10 I will definitely be returning here again soon. After a long day My family and I were hungry late at night and this place was literally 10 steps away from hotel indigo where we were staying. The fried chicken is incredibly crispy, and the buldak chicken with cheese was absolutely delicious, though be warned—it’s quite spicy! The portion sizes are generous as well. The kimchi fried rice was decent, but it had a strong sesame oil flavor that might not be for everyone. The fries were a highlight—crispy and fresh. The iced tea, however, wasn't sweet enough for my taste. I also tried a sauce that was labeled as spicy, but it leaned more on the sweet side, which wasn’t what I was expecting. It would be great if there was a way to sample all the sauces without having to buy each one separately. The service was friendly and enthusiastic, which made the experience even more enjoyable.“

I tried their signature naanizza which is a fusion of naan and pizza. Both the chicken tikka and super supreme naanizzas were delicious. Even though I got stuck in traffic and had to reheat them at home, they still tasted great although I imagine they would be even better fresh out of the oven. I also tried the halwa naan for dessert which was decent but not something I would order again. “This was my first time trying Dave’s Hot Chicken, and it definitely did not disappoint! I had the Dave’s #2 with medium spice, which was absolutely perfect. I’ve never had a chicken sandwich this good—huge compliments to the chefs!

As a pickle fan, I really appreciated the extra pickles—such a great touch. If Dave’s were to expand to more countries in Europe, I have no doubt it would be a huge success.

So, quality was great. I ordered a mix platter/combo over rice for delivery. When I got the food, it was nice and hot, but it was just lamb over rice. No chicken to be found. Everyone makes mistakes, so it's fine. I really wasn't too upset because the lamb was delicious. The rice was great as well. Fries could be better. Overall quality is a 5 STAR in my opinion.

The QUANTITY, however, really needs to be addressed. I paid $14.14 for the food + taxes. This is without the delivery fee. And after I finished my meal, I was HUNGRY. This should not happen, like EVER. There was barely any meat, there was an OK amount of rice and maybe 10 pieces of fries. IDK maybe I'm the one with a big appetite, but I'm pretty sure this wouldn't fill up any adult.
Overall Quantity is a 2 STAR in my opinion.
